Ok not great
These work pretty well. My main complaint is that it does not fit perfectly onto my switch. If I push just a little one side slides right out. That’s kind of annoying but oh well. Next time I’ll probably buy the Nintendo ones.

Great ergonomic and budget-friendly alternative to expensive Joy-Cons!
Note: the joysticks are white, I just have caps on mine. After working at a video game / tech store for a few years, I can tell you that Joy-Cons RARELY go on sale. I saw them go on sale maybe once during those years. They are EXPENSIVE. So I decided to look to third-party controllers. As someone who plays a LOT of video games, I can be pretty particular about what I like and don't like.TL;DR these are ergonomic, solid, cute, functional controllers that are a good alternative to $80 Joy-Cons.1. These controllers are ergonomic. I have an old hand injury that flares up quite a bit, and the flat Joy-Cons would really begin to hurt my hands after only a little while of gameplay. These are shaped in a way that fits more naturally in the hands.2. These controllers have a D-pad.3. The buttons are responsive with no lag, and all of them work. They are a bit clicky, but only slightly more than first-party Joy-Cons. I like the clicks anyway, they feel nice. I also like that the + and - are square buttons, as I used to struggle to press the - button all the time on my first-party Joy-Cons.4. The joysticks are nice, but a bit strange. I was starting to deal with slight drift on my left Joy-Con, which was the reason I got these. There is no drift on these. The only issue I have with the joysticks is that they don't provide the full 360-degree directional movement--they're more like how you can input up, up-left, left, down-left, down, etc. on a D-pad. Not a huge drawback to me, they get the job done. I haven't really had issues with this, but I'm also used to controllers without joysticks (NES, SNES, handhelds) as well as those with joysticks (N64 onward), so I can't speak for people that have only used joystick controllers.5. The rumble is surprisingly nice. There is no HD Rumble, but they do utilize (VERY slightly) different levels of intensity for rumble.6. Tilt controls work nicely, though I haven't tested them a lot.7. They come with a comfort grip that not only fits the controllers but also Joy-Cons with cases or grips on them. I only really use Joy-Con controllers in handheld mode, but I could see this grip being really nice for people who prefer Joy-Cons or do not have a Pro Controller.8. There is no NFC compatibility, but that was expected. Most third-party controllers (even those approved/endorsed by Nintendo) do not have NFC either.9. USB-C CHARGING. You can charge them by attaching them to the console, but they also have charging ports!! I can't say much about battery life as I use them attached to the console.10. The colour scheme is really nice: pastel blue and pastel green with white buttons and white joysticks. A nice change from my grey Joy-Cons (even with a skin). These are an excellent alternative to Joy-Cons, especially considering the price.

A great budget choice with great quality!!
This controller definitely has to be one of the best Non-Nintendo controllers I’ve used! The controllers themselves are not like the regular joy-cons as they are a bit more curved and have a bump or grip on the bottom that makes it easier to hold! For a person with small hands it definitely feels a lot better than using the actual joy cons as I had a grip on the whole system itself! (Keep in mind I play in handheld more.)Moving on, the buttons didn’t feel uncomfortable or outta place like other third party switch controller buttons that I’ve used before. The buttons on these joy cons feel nice and while playing with them I didn’t have any problems with the L/R buttons. I also did not experience any delays on pressing certain buttons nor did any of them sticked or got stuck while pressing on them. On the left of this joy con there’s a d-pad, which I tend to prefer more than the buttons in place on the official, but if you don’t like that there’s a d-pad take that into consideration. As I mentioned above I play the switch more on handheld than docking it to my tv. While playing in handheld all I really noticed was that these joy cons were flashing green, but as I went though and read the user guide booklet I realized it probably only happened because the controllers weren’t fully charged. (Please keep in mind that I started testing out the controller as soon as it was outta of the box) Now moving on to charging, there was three ways that I found that the controllers were able to charge. The first way was by using the cable (included in the box) and plugging it into one side of the joy-con. (This was very time consuming) The other way was just by letting them charge while connected to the switch while it was charging. I did mention that there was a third way to charge it, but as I was just messing around with cables. I realized the actual switch charging cable can charge one of the joys cons as well. So maybe you can try to charge both joy cons separately.I also wanted to mention that these joy cons do rumble or vibrate in games where they have it! Which I definitely didn’t expect for for the price, but It was a nice surprise though!Compared to the official joy cons which range at around $80 or more, these joy cons get the job done and feel very nice while using! I never even got to mention this, but these joys cons look quite pretty in-person as well!! I do want to say the quality was quite surprising and is definitely a good value option if you’re looking for a budget pair of joy cons!!
