I have taken iodine drops for over 2 years. This product performs as well as others I have tried at a much lower pruce. The taste is neglible and when mixed in a small amount of tepid water it is easily ingested.

Over 1 week in and the jury is still out on effectiveness.
I was hoping to achieve higher energy levels through an iodine supplement and being a type 1 diabetic with potential thyroid issues, thus made sense. I put my dose in my morning coffee. Absolutely no flavor which is great, but I haven't really noticed any extra attributes to my health at a week and a half in. TBC...
