ZUMBA Blitz Dance Workout DVD, Three 20-Minute Dance Workouts for Cardio Lovers

I am enjoying the workout DVD. Great way to get some exerice.

I feel younger after exercise with the tape.

Horrible video. It said I could refund it. So I did the same day. Why did I only get refunded $1.25? WTF. They said dvd was Damaged. That is a Lie!!!

Easy to follow exercises, provided good workout

Perfect and inexpensive. They are for my patient who is a picky old man and won't open his mail without one of these.

This is great for time crunched workouts, the 1st segment is the easiest, the 2nd incorporates some lower body, and the 3rd is the most cardio. With the audio on it's a little awkward as the instructors are talking over the filmed tape. It's still very fun and gets the heart pumping. There's a warm up, 3 songs and a cool down in each segment. I will warn the warmup for both 1 and 2 are the same but the rest of the songs vary. Overall great purchase.

Fun exercise program

Having done Zumba for years, I wanted a workout I could do at home when I can't go to the gym. One of the main attractions for me is the music. In this DVD, it is in the background and barely audible. While some verbal instructions are provided (you can turn them off if you don't wnt them), they are not consistent in calling out steps when you are still first doing them, so that is annoying. In addition, as others have said, they often move the camera away from the dancers full body to their torso, so if you just wanted to be sure you are doing the right moves, you lose that consistent check. All in all, I found this uninspiring and a total waste of money, particularly since I was really looking forward to it. The barely audible music is a major detraction and the voice overs are ok, but not as explicit in their guidance throughout the workout as they could be.
