I've had this 2 months and going strong, sort of. I recently thought that this stopped misting. (Not a good thing, since I just got the flu!) Well, it did stop misting, but I figured out if you take the lid off and blow through the steam hole, it works again. I don't know why this helps, but it does. I found it out using a smaller one (Callily).PROs:1-long lasting,2- 2 mist settings (I prefer the heavier mist),3- Emits virtually no light when the "lighting" feature is turned off. (I also rarely use this since I have photophobia. I'ts perfect for night use.)4-The cover rotates 180*.5-Not expensive!6-500ml reservoirCONs: Can't think of one, except where it stopped misting this morning during my coughing fit. I fixed that and it's good to go.OILS I USE:Eden's GardenFabulous FrannieDo TerraYoung Living (probably over 10 years old bottle of Thieves. still works, looking for a wallet-friendly alternative)Plant Therapy (a new one to me, will receive it soon)******Don't be in the rut using expensive oils. this is a good diffuser I gave to my son he loves it

I considered the $500 Dyson humidifier for the bedroom. Thought I would try this first. Glad I did.After a week of use, I have slept soundly each night without waking up with dry sinuses unable to breathe freely. In the fall, I always seem to have this issue. I have used aromatherapy oils and fragrance oils. While both are nice, the aromatherapy oils seem to really open up the air passages. I might have to start traveling with this thing.I just bought a second diffuser to use in the living areas with the fragrance oils. I bought bamboo, rain and ocean breeze oils. They make the room smell fresh.

I bought this for my son's room. He likes getting to choose his night light color each night before bedtime. I use the essential oils in the water. Within minutes, his room is filled with the scent of lavender. It is so relaxing in there now. Since using this product, along with lavender essential oil, my son now enjoys going to bed in his room. :) Happy Mom!

I was sooooo hopeful for this product by it was delivered with a huge crack on the side
