How soft is this? MY daughter is 9 and wants to cuddle with it in bed and a good cow is hard to find (big one)!

The outside is soft, but as I recall, there's a metal structure inside of it that keeps it upright, so that may interfere in the cuddling a little bit.

What are the dimensions? Height, length & width?

The 2-1/2 foot is head to tail. Not sure of width . Not too wide . A small child could get arms around it easily. Sorry ..I gave as a gift so do not remember the width.. But very cute and huggable!
