After shampoo, I put a little bit of the liquid in my hand and after mixing in a few drops of water ot becomes a white cream(it heats up)! And as soon as I put on my hair, it untangle instantly, becomes so silky soft, then I massage for a few seconds and rinse! My hair becomes so soft, shiny like mirror and with an amazing smell! I don't like how watery this squirts out of the bottle, I always end up spilling some before I get it on my head. But it lathers up nicely once I re-try and do get it on my head. I leave it on about a half a minute -- instead of several minutes required by some other brands. This washes the tangles out of my fine hair like noting I've ever seen before, and it leaves my hair feeling soft and not weighed down. I've re-purchased.

Perfect addition for head spa use on thinning clients

I have been using this for the past 3yrs. I can’t live without it. It light but very moisturizing. It doesn’t weight down your hair and leaves your hair light and soft.

I have been using it for the last several years. I use it after shower/shampoo daily. Makes my hair smooth and silky. I like the refreshing scent very much. I don't use any conditioner any more as the smell and function of this treatment is far better than anything I have used over the last few decades. This is the only one I consistently go back to after trying something else people have recommended over the years. For the people who wonder why the treatment is so watery: if you put small amount in your palm and rub together your palms, the liquid thickens while also getting warm inside your palms. then you apply it to your scalp and hair.
