My daughter has very fine, long, curly hair that tangles easily. I've tried several detangling brushes and this is best I've tried. It wasn't magic or anything but did make detangling her hair easier and she didn't complain about me pulling to hard.I don't love the handle. When my hands have product on them, holding the brush was a little difficult at times with the shape and smoothness of the handle. It was still usable, just had it slip several times. If the handle was easier to grip, I'd give this 5 stars.

Wow! I don't usually write reviews but I wanted to take the time to let everyone know about this amazing product! I was extremely skeptical of it. To my great surprise it works! Not only does it work well it is obviously super easy to use...it's a brush. So I have really thick, curly hair that I am constantly straightening, using a wand, or some other damaging thing to my hair & it is hard to get a brush through the tangles. I've actually broken a couple to my everlasting shame. The Le Beaute Detangling hair brush fits into my hand easily, gets the tangles out the first time, & it does not hurt my head. I'm not tender headed but other brushes definitely pull too much, not this detangling brush! I highly recommend this product!

When I received Le Beate Detangling Hair Brush I was on my way out to the restaurant with my husband and friends. I put it in my bag immediately because of this slick design and the way it brushes my hair. I have a puffy and curly hair and the Brush is soft and not damaging.And if I am using it in a public place it looks neat and fashionable. I and my friends are fashionable people and its distinguished design and bright color makes me and people around me smile every time I use it.

ERGONOMIC BODY DESIGNThe brush has a handle, but it is designed for it to be gripped as whole. The shape of the entire body of the detangler nicely accommodates most hand sizes and a natural positioning of the hand when using the brush to detangle hair. It is made of plastic, making it light on weight, but it still feels fairly solid.BRISTLESThe bristles are many and seem to accommodate cleaning well when necessary to free it from tangles of hair. The points do not end in globes so the feeling of the bristles on the scalp can feel a bit "pointy" because of its plastic material.CONCLUSIONAll in all, it seems to do the job, but it would be nicer if it had a less of a plastic feel to its design.

I will admit, I wasn't too keen on this brush when I opened it. The bristles just seemed so short and plain when compared to the fancy, long, ball-tipped bristle brushes which populate my bathroom sink. After showering, I used this brush and ALL the tangles were easily removed. I have thin but very long hair which tangles easily, so this is a great styling tool! Minus one star for how sharp the bristle ends are- I have sensitive scalp and the bristles scratched at it painfully. Not returning it though, the detangle without pulling too hard part is too good.

I bought this for my daughter, based on the detangling label. She's 9-years-old and tends to be very sensitive and pained during hair-brushing, though this brush does seem to do the trick. She has used it daily, both after showering at night and in the morning before school, since it arrived. Because it's plastic and the bristles are somewhat like prickly massagers, I even scrubbed my daughter's head with it while she was showering, as she gets dry scalp from time-to-time. To say that she enjoyed the shampoo massage is an understatement. Lol... It's small enough to throw in my purse, but large enough to get through hair quickly. The handle is a little small, but that doesn't really impact usability or function. Would purchase again.

I bought this to use on my 7 year old granddaughter when she spends the night. She has fine hair with just a touch of natural curl. It works well on her hair. It fits nicely in my hand. However, I think I'm going to have to purchase another. It also works wonderfully on my skittish long hair cat who hates to be brushed! She purrs and acts like she is getting a massage.
