The wire seems fine, both the 0.3 & 0.4 are what they are. The supplier gave an efficient service.

You only get half of what you order
Listing states “each roll is 13 meters in length”, but in reality they’re only 6 meters. So you get less than half of what you’re paying for.

The reels looked really short so measured one, came in at 6m instead of the 13m that was stated, have returned.
