Super light but roomy!
Just purchased my second bag. I used the first one for years and am still using it as my "go to" bag for pretty much any trip. Got a new one so I will always have one available. The bag is incredibly light, yet protects the contents and is very roomy for it's size. The inside is basically one big open area that holds my packing cube type containers and gear. Inside the cover there are four pockets that I use to hold various kits that stay in the bag pretty much all the time. (medical, laundry, food, tools) There are two pockets on the outside, a smaller document sized upper pocket and a large lower pocket that's roomy and doesn't encroach on the interior of the bag. The wheels are the sturdy skateboard type. There are carrying handles on the top and side of the bag. The telescoping handle is a wide, flat-topped, inverted U shape that slides down into the outside frame of the bag. As a result, the handle is very convenient and easy to pull, however it is wide. Most bags designed to slide down over the telescoping handle won't fit. For longer trips I use an e-bag carry-on sized backpack that I set right on top of the IT bag. The e-bags have side straps that easily attach to the side telescoping struts to keep it stable. It works great! The only problems I have had with the bag are that one of the zipper pulls broke off and the IT logo medallion was lost when I once checked the bag. I was able to replace the pull with an aftermarket pull. I don't miss the logo. In fact, they should just embroider the logo onto the bag instead of the chunky metal one. In all, I think the bag is perfectly suited to my needs. It's just the right size for carrying on, it's super light, yet tough and easy to use.

Ideal for Occasional Travelers--Probably Not for Road Warrior Weekly Business Travelers
It's lightweight, stylish, should hold up to occasional trips, which is what I bought it for. I am a retired Advantage Platinum business traveler and would not expect this to have stood up to weekly business travel. Even with the idea of, "This is so inexpensive, why not buy this instead of a heavier-duty overnight bag, because I can replace it two or three times for the cost!". Who needs that? A business traveler needs to spend a fair top dollar on a bullet-proof tool. This is "probably" not that. Why "probably"? Because in all honesty, I have not taken it from coast to coast dozens of times...I just bought it. It just doesn't APPEAR to be that strong. For me, for what I want to use it for now, it doesn't have to be. It's light, I've had another IT bag that fared well on a single European vacation, and when I take a few European vacations with this bag, I'd expect it to hold up fine and still get me through plenty of domestic vacations. Is it a 10 pound bag made out of Kevlar? No, and it doesn't claim to be. To me, it's a VERY well made, lightweight bag, and I am confident it will get me though enough vacation trips to be well worth the money. For business road warriors, though? I doubt it.

This it IT! The best ever!!
I have bought 3 of these because I love them so much! Iโm an avid traveler and the first one I purchased I went to 12 countries in one year and 17 countries (mostly Europe) the next doing carryon only & this thing really held up. This suitcase seems flimsy but it really takes a beating and the fact that it is so light allowed me to take more things. I tried an exhausting amount of suitcases and they all weigh at least double and every traveler knows every pound counts! My search was over when I finally found this beauty. Not only did I take it to an insane amount of countries but I have a ran after trains, through airports and dealt with all the crazy things that happen when you travel carrying this suitcase and I highly doubt Iโd be able to do that with any other because itโs so light. I have had no problems bringing this with me on any flight as a carry-on. The dimensions are smaller then the maximum so I have never been weighed or measured Even on the smaller European airlines. The only thing I will say is the handle is a little wide so itโs inconvenient because you canโt put a bag through the handle like other suitcases and but itโs a compromise because if they put the handle in the middle of the suitcase you wouldnโt be able to put as much in it so I think itโs a fair trade off.

This light-weight bag made a long, multi-flight trip a snap.
As a petite woman, I always need to have some help putting my bag in the overhead bin. Not this last trip. This light-weight bag was easy to manage and let me pack all that I needed for a month-long trip to Europe. I liked the wide handle because it leaves a smooth interior (removes the bumps of the handle guides in centered handles). It also seems to be a well-made bag for the money. The only down side is that the handle does not lock in place when extended. I was able to manage, but that would have made a slight difference in my rating. Also, the wide handle feature does not accommodate sliding a hand luggage piece over the handle. But, that can be worked around with a bit of ingenuity. All over, I would highly recommend this purchase.

Good value for a packing-light traveler
I chose this because of itโs weight as I like to travel very light, but am a bit too old for a backpack without wheels. I am pleased with it โ it seems solid enough for my purposes, should do well as a carry-on, and has plenty of room. It doesnโt have many organizing pockets, but that is the trade-off for light weight. I use packing cubes for clothes, and can organize other stuff in minimal weight bags. I expect to use it for trips of 2-4 weeks together with a small fold-up backpack. I am 5โ 4โ and find the handle just long enough. The short handle could be a problem for a taller person. I like the wide handle because the interior lacks the usual bumps, and also because when left up I can use it as a mini clothes drying rack. The purple is quite bright and should be easy to identify if I ever need to check the bag.

Both the handles not riveted on the frame, they are stitched on the cloth
Pros: 3.75lbs, smooth movement, nice pockets and interior. Cons: The handles are going to tear off within a few uses because they are not riveted to the frame. They are stitched on the cloth. This is design flaw, which can easily fixed.

Held up great
Held up great over a month of traveling in Europe, pulling along cobble stone. Got this because we were limited to 20lb carry-on and this was the lightest suitcase for this great price. Also, it meets the size restrictions for the airlines- I had no problems when they were checking. I had no evidence of wear when we arrived home. Some reviewers complained about the wheels, but they worked great for me. Also, the suitcase stands upright w/o falling over because of the 2 supports on the bottom. The handle was comfortable- I've never had one like that- seemed to keep the suitcase more stable when pulling it. I had no problems with wobbling over the stones. As someone else mentioned- you can use it as a drying rack for rinse outs of clothes. Also, it has it's slides for the handle along the edge so you don't have those space-limiting bars running down the middle of your case. Nice flat surface. We used space bags to compress our clothes when on planes, which worked great. I got the purple- easy to spot, nice color.

Truly light weight.
So lightweight. This says there is a 10 year warranty. Itโs a tad smaller than my other Samsonite but look at the difference in empty weight. I just turned 69 and my old roll-on was so heavy to put in the overhead bin. We are retired airline employees so we travel a lot!! We donโt like to check our bags because we non-rev (we only get on a plane if there are empty seats). I can put the bag in the bin wheels first rather than lengthwise which saves room for others. . It is an upright (not spinners) I prefer spinners but have lost wheels in Italy cobblestone so hoping when international travel resumes, we can give this Light weight bag a full test. I use packing cubes and the bag will fit a 4-day trip with a spare pair of shoes and a โpack-flat toiletry bag in my domestic travel. My husband has a size 13 shoe and a bulky toiletries bag and refuses to use packing cubes, so probably could only put 2 days if he packs extra shoes. I have not checked it yet to see how it will hold up to being thrown and stacked, but I saved all my receipts and UPC codes just in case it needs to be returned. I like that the handles slide down the outer side of the bag so I donโt have the rods of the handle at the bottom where I pack. If you push your bag to maneuver it out of the way in the airport, the handle will slide down an inch or so but isnโt enough to make a difference. I can slide my iPad into the large outer zippered pocket. So far, Iโm extremely impressed. Packed for 4 days and it was easy for me to put in the overhead bin by myself.

It is what it says - exceptionally light and very sturdy
I love this suitcase. It is what it says - very light and also sturdy.

Very light
Love it. Ample space, extremely light and sturdy (lasted a few trips so far). I took a long time deciding which carry on bag to buy, and was a little unwilling to buy a soft fabric one, but I never regretted this one. It is soo light. The only thing is that you can roll it side ways, since it only has two wheels, which makes it a bit more difficult to carry arrived. But I find that the extra space you gain for it makes it worth it.

Best luggage
Best piece of luggage I own. Like other reviewers mention you can fit far more because of the placement of the pull handle. I was able to pack an entire weeks worth of clothes and toiletries in the carry on. It is super light weight and had zero issues lifting it into the overhead compartment. Perfect size! Others on my fought were being forced to check their carry ons but mine was given the go ahead.
