Cafellissimo Paperless Pour Over Coffee Maker, 188 (304) Stainless Steel Reusable Drip Cone Coffee Filter, Single Cup Coffee Brewer

Q: I had a different brand stainless steel pour over device that got clogged and stopped working after about 2 months. Does this device last longer?

For anyone who has not had any luck unclogging their stainless steel pour over coffee maker, take your sink sprayer, jam it into the bottom of your pour over device, turn it on high and let the sprayer run for about 15-30 seconds. Bam! No more clog. I thought my son was crazy when he told me this tip. I said Nah, that won't work. But it works. Every single time. Like a champ. I still run my pour over coffee maker in the top rack of the dishwasher once or twice a week to get it squeaky clean, but use the sprayer method and you'll never have a clog again. It's like a laxative for your pour over!

We have designed the mesh at the bottom so you get faster brewing and more balanced dripping, the best flavor, and without excluding the rich taste of the fine grounds.When we started designing the Cafellissimo Coffee Dripper, we realized that the drippers on the market have a solid plate at the bottom and the brewing wasn't so good as we'd like it to be. The coffee grounds that normally seep through the bottom of the dripper are worthless, and basically the brewing is not complete. Enjoy!

Q: How does the taste of this coffee compare w French press? I like strong and richly flavored coffee

I usually steep my coffee first then pour it into the filter. If you do it that way you can get strong bitter coffee like the french press.
