The media could not be loaded. Not really sure what to expect as reviews were mixed. First thing I noticed was what good quality this water feature is. It took 10min to put together. It came fully charged so stated working immediately. So far I am thrilled with my purchase. Time will tell how long the light /pump will last, but for now I am staying positive.I Bought this particular one as the solar panel charges the battery so it will continue running on a dull day and at night.UPDATE:It's a couple of months on now and everything still works perfectly. The water feature will run all night from the battery charge. Although I tend to unplug it at night. The lights work fine and looks gorgeous at night. I would definitely recommend 👌2 YEAR UPDATEStill looks great and works perfectly. It's left out in the eliments all year round and not effected after 2 years of use. Lights still work too.

The solar panel stopped working after 3 months, the seller sent a new panel which arrived during the winter. In the spring I tried the panel which didn't work. Communication with the seller is difficult, due to their response time which wasfrequently slow. Or I would receive a message to "bear with them as they are on holiday"This spring I set up the water feature, but it did not work. I tried the old panel and the new one. As I was past the 90 day return period I have been unable to get the item returned and refunded. I contacted Amazon customer services, who tried to help by sending emails to the seller, but that was the end of their help.Extremely disappointing as it was a Father's day gift and the lack of customer service from the seller and Amazon. Both H&K Camp and Amazon has been rubbish and no actual help. It seams if it's a "third party seller" Amazon can wash their hands of any customer service and H&K Camp don't care if it's past the 90 days.An item costing £85 should have a longer lifespan than just over 3 months. H&K Camp did say they would send me a new solar panel and pump, after I requested replacements. But there was a long delay - resulting in no water feature for the summer. I requested they purchase the items from Amazon my behalf, they couldn't or wouldn't do this.I would not recommend this product or seller and be aware of the lack of customer service when not buying direct from Amazon

Useless the pump does not seem big enough to pump the water up the tubeRetraction it’s working well now I was impatient sorry
