This is exceptionally well written and the illustrations for each dish are fabulous. I got this for my daughter, who is a professional chef, and she loves it! She says that the dishes are unique and it is so nice to have authentic recipes and actual regional tastes. The author hosts cooking classes with trips to her Italian B&B. I am planning on surprising my daughter with a trip to study these techniques with this author once COVID is over and we can travel again.

The recipes and the photos makes me dream of cooking simply in an Italian country villa. If you're looking for a recipe book for to give as a gift (or like me, bought as a gift, but then when I received I kept!) that has both doable and great visually dishes, this is your book.

Thought it would have more recipes, but it is an interesting book to read.
