Doesn't make your stomach hurt like the kind grandma used. I would prefer the liquid.

It works slowly but surely. It is somewhat pricey but it works.

Good for what ails you! Black Draught has been around for a long time. My Great Grandmother took Black Draught. Friends and Family took Black Draught over the years. Best was when Black Draught was available in granular form. Only needed a pinch for a heavy stomach. Changed formula when they went to pills. And liquid - Yuck! These current pills are smaller than the earlier pills but not as effective as when you could just take a Pinch of granular Black Draught. Off the market for a while after Lee Pharmaceutical was bought. Bummer! Glad to see Black Draught back on the market! Maybe more expensive but also more effective than generic Senna tablets. It worked once for me, but that was it. That maybe all someone needs. But for me I needed more.

This was hard to find, but I finally did. This product is different from the Syrup of Black Draught that we took as kids, but I am sure that it works well. I have not taken it yet, but I will soon.
