OTTERBOX Commuter Series Case for Samsung Galaxy J3/J3 V (Compatibility Below) - Retail Packaging - Aqua Sky (Aqua Blue/Light Teal)

Great case. Fits my Samsung Galaxy J3, (SM-J320V LPP) (SM-J320V YKP VZW) So, what's the difference between this one and it's cheaper substitutes? I can tell you because I also tried the Oeago case. This one: The rubber fits tightly around the phone and the plastic curves around each side. The cheaper Oeago case: The rubber is softer, and does not fit as firmly at the top of the phone, largely because the plastic backing only enfolds the sides of the phone not the top and bottom. I think it would still offer a good amount of protection and would work okay if you don't put it in and take it out of a tight pocket too often, as this would loosen the rubber even more over time.

This is probably by and large the best phone case I've ever owned. It's durable, comfortable, and it looks nice. It doesn't add a lot of extra weight to the phone. It has saved my phone on countless occasions already. My only complaint is the covers for the charger and headphone jack don't go back into place that well when open for very long, but I expected that. I will definitely be buying this case again for future phones.

I have been using this case for an entire YEAR straight at the time of this review. It is starting to show some signs of wear around the small headphone jack section, but still doing an amazing job of protecting my phone. Even the piece that protects the charger port hasn't torn off or become loose. Have I dropped my phone? Yep, dozens of times. No damage. Impressive durability and quality. Easy to clean. This is why I only buy otterbox brand cases!

Another great product from Otterbox. Fits the phone perfectly (I'm using a Samsung Galaxy Amp Prime 2016). Hard, tight rubber inner shell with a tight fitting plastic outer shell. It has no screen protector, just like the other commuter series cases! Buy your own if you want one! It is quite a bit slimmer than the Defender series cases that I have used previously - good for fitting in a back pocket. I'd prefer a Defender series case for the belt clip, but this will do. To those wondering if it, and other cases, will fit your phone - LOOK at the back of your phone and at the back of this case, and compare them. LOOK at ALL of the pictures. READ the list of compatible phones. READ the product information. It is NOT that hard. Don't give a case a bad review because you couldn't figure out if it was the right one for your phone, or because it didn't come with a screen protector...They give you this info! I have to wonder how these people manage in life...lol Photos provided - Last one shows the compatible phone list on the package itself, top right corner and on the bottom (NOTE - 2016).

This case fits my new Samsung Galaxy "SKY" Tracfone (2016) Model #SM-S320VL 'perfectly'. The Aqua "SKY" Blue/Teal color case even matches name of MY phone & a nice color. Case seems made well to protect phone. Some parts of case with softer rubber edges & corners should absorb shock if phone was dropped. Case is easy to hold & the hard surface part of the case is NOT slick. Easy to put on phone too. My only negative thing about case, it should come with a Screen protector included. I did have to order Supershieldz GLASS Screen Protector. It fit my phone perfectly, went on easy with NO bubbles & fits fine under the Otterbox Commuter Case. Neat look & good protection for phone!

I spent 45 minutes completing a detailed review of other items.. Probably more useful to any future buyer has left, to help future buyers in making the most important decisions and info for the correct size to order, a major problem in the review and problem with a purchase. It was a good product

This is a very nice cover. I received the turquoise and it is vibrant and looks good. I want to thank all of the reviewers that answered my question about the fit. I will say listen to them and pull it apart to have two parts. Put the rubber on first and then the plastic. Easy to put on the phone and fits perfect.

Does what it's supposed to do, looks just like the listing pictures, and is the usual high quality of Otter case. It's relatively low profile and is smooth so it fits nicely in my pocket or in hand. Since it isn't overly bulky, I've also been able to use the phone mount in my car without having to remove the case first. It's easy to put on and the tabs that allow you to access the charging port and headphone jack are easy to use as well. I've dropped my phone a few times since I got this case and there's been no damage to the phone at all, nor can you see any scratches, dents, or discolouration on the case. Plus, it's a nice colour!

Love the colour (teal) and how sturdy it is. I have a Samsung J3 (2016) and needed a new case for it. It cost less than my first case and is way better!

This did not fit my product to well. It covers part of the camera and I had to cut my own speaker hole. I had ordered 2 by error. But I like the colour.

The surrounding plastic for the edge of the tabs was surprising thin. I am worried about it breaking at some point in the future, but it did hold while putting onto the phone. I won't be taking the case off very often, that's for sure.
