Everything's an Argument with Readings with 2016 MLA Update

Received the book, the inside pages are fine but the cover was a wreck.

We rented this book. Was great for the semester of school

The first book we got, the first 100 pages were missing. I'm not quite sure who thought that was good idea. Contacted Amazon, did a return, and the book was replaced. The 2nd book was all in tact and was able to complete the course.

Used it for school

The material is a little weird. They take too long to simplify rhetorical arguments, and some of the essays for examples given weren't that great. I can't remember this one essay, I believe it was over trying to argue in a fair and balanced view without going offensive. More like an opposites attract for common goal type essay that fell flat. It just wasn't good, and the arguments of both side were too weak and unexplained. But that was my only complaint

Just what my kid needed for school

a little dirty/sticky but it was cheap so i can’t complain.
