I've been taking one of these per day with breakfast for the last 5+ years, mainly to make sure I'm properly supporting my immune system. Aside from the occasional cold (which haven't lasted long at all as I double up on my eBoost intake) I have not experienced anything serious since taking these, and as a bonus the slight kick of energy helps in the morning! Acai is my favorite flavor but on its own with water it can taste a little watered down. I mix it with both water and orange juice to give it a more robust taste.

Really helps me get motivated and moving. I work third shift, have been lacking energy lately, I have Graves Disease and I am peri-menopausal now too. I have been having trouble getting motivated to exercise and also to stay focused at work. I decided to try boost after doing quite a bit of research. I didn't want fillers and artificial ingredients that are questionably sourced. I was looking for something vegan and though these are advertised as vegetarian, I can't find anything in them that would be sourced from animals? I ordered this flavor and though it has a bit of a bite to it I usually just chug it down in 8 ounces of water so the flavor doesn't really bother me, I have definitely tasted worse. About 15 minutes after drinking an eboost I have energy, I am not groggy and I even have an improved mood, most likely because of the 5-HTP which works wonders. I immediately ordered another box, this time the pink lemonade, and I will continue to take this supplement to get me up and out into the world.

This açaí flavor isn't bad it's pretty good actually however I am not getting the same energy I did in the first two weeks i took it which is really a shame :( not sure if it's caffeine tolerance I never really drink caffeine only this! So i was amazed by this I today is the only real day i have had a slump when taking it! Maybe I will try again tomorrow and possibly update everyone it just totally sucked when it's been a great drink and durability has been amazing it dissolves well and there is no gritty texture unless you don't mix it enough ... any tips from people taking it ? I am only taking one packet I couple up it it says to two? advice from any one taking it does open ease and the ease of using it is perfect! Honestly all together I really love it but it failed me when I really needed it this weekend lol

I’ve used all the flavors of this product, orange, pink lemonade, and açai. I’ve been using this product daily for probably about seven years. I typically use one or two packets throughout the day. I mix it with a big cup of ice and tea or water. I spent some time trying different types of clean energy drinks and landed on this one. The energy is extremely subtle, but gives a nice boost. The products appear to be clean and also are chock full of vitamins. The product is pretty expensive and it’s hard to find deals on it. Essentially you’re paying $20-$28 for once a day supply for 20 days. I’d like a better deal on this product but I love it and will continue to use it every day. Seriously it’s my “daily power up.” I’ve turned several other people onto this product.

I’ve been buying this for a couple years and do like it. But this last order at least four or five of the packages of opened up are were solid bricks not powder - what’s going on?

I've used this product in the past from buying it at Whole Foods every now and then, and have enjoyed it immensely. When I first ordered this I figured that I should purchase an entire box rather than 1 packet at a time. However, any packet I've used from this purchase has made me sick almost instantly, which I worry is because the box I purchased via Amazon is somehow no good. Luckily once I vomit I feel normal shortly after, and if it weren't for Amazon's no return policy on this product, I would have sent it back after the 2nd time it happened.

I absolutely cannot live without this stuff!! So many people reviewed it and said it has a terrible taste. I don't think the taste is terrible, but I get where they are coming from. However, I do not drink this plain. Try this recipe I made up and trust me you will be hooked. I've already got my sister and coworker hooked. Empty one pack in a cup Add a couple of ounces of water (enough for it to dissolve) after it dissolves add ice in a separate bottle mix 16 oz of water with a grape crystal light with caffeine pour over the ice and eboost mix together & drink I have so much energy and it puts me in a better mood! Cannot recommend this enough, I do not go a day without drinking it.
