Good and bad.
I do like this and it is a god send as I do have very painful period pains. So overall taking a the pain down is great. However,It has 3 settings for heating and 3 for the vibration levels. Heating level 1 is okay but dont really feel it too much, heating level 2 is great for a fee seconds then it burns the hell out of you, and I have it on top of my leggings but under my shirt. I dont dare to reach level 3 on that. The vibration when I am peak period pains the vibration does seem to take the pain away however boy is that vibration loud, I wear this when I'm at work as well and I cant have the vibration on due to fear of getting some confused glances. Also the battery doesn't last long at all. I work 8 hours at work and itll only have battery for maybe half of that shift and that's not having it on continuously either. I only have iton when the pain gets a bit too much. Other then that it is nice to have and does help with the pain when it doesn't run out of battery.

Battery isn't the best but the heat function is elite
Battery isn't great, it turns itself off after about half an hour so that helps but on a full 4 hour charge you can get about 3 hours constant use from itMy periods are so painful, I've just been diagnosed with adenomyosis, I can't breathe from the pain and this in addition to pain meds is the only thing that makes the pain almost manageable.Heat setting 1 is my usual, 2 over leggings, 3 is too hotI've never used the vibrate (although it does work) because I feel awkward over how loud it is.This device is very handy as you just put it on like a bumbag/fanny pack and it stays very secure with the adjustable beltI'm about to buy another one so I can have one to use while one charges vice versa, that's how dependent I am on this device now.The price I feel is justifiable as, for me at least, it's 6-8 days each month just to be able to cope.

I'm impressed.... But.....
I'm really quite impressed with this heat pad. I've always used hot water bottles for my endometriosis pain, but wish I'd bought this sooner! It heats up immediately. Has 3 heat settings - 1 is perfect, 2 and 3 would almost certainly burn if not used over clothing. It's USB chargeable, and it's so handy to move into the correct position and be able to move about, and it's comfortable. Also really useful if I need it at night or if I'm going out.Edit: Lost a couple of stars because a) it takes hours to charge and b) only lasts an hour, and that's on the lowest heat setting!

Amazing
I use my portable hot water bottle regularly! It times out after half an hour but that doesn't phrase me. The battery is half decent.I don't use it, but worth mentioning. The massager is quite loud.

Terrible, complete waste of money
I was on the fence for months about buying one of these as I suffer chronic pain due to adenomyosis and I have been on codine for 7years. I take my hot water bottle to the office and thought this would be more practical, I finally caved and bought one and was so disappointed. The battery life is shocking and only lasted about 15mins and that was just with the heat setting as I never used the vibration as it was really loud so couldn't be used in the office. Ive ended up returning.

Life changing but poor battery life
As many other reviews, I have endometriosis and it helps so much with my pain. I used to have a hot water bottle but find it annoy as it can get cold quickly. This is brilliant, the vibration is loud but I mainly use it for the heat. The only flaw is that is doesn't last long on a ful charge, maybe two hours, then you have to charge it for like 4 hours and can't use it while charging. But as it's so good I might buy a second one so I can swap them out when one dies.

Good Battery Life & Heat
I've seen a few reviews saying the battery life isn't good. One said "it lasts 25-30 minutes." But I don't think people realize that it automatically shuts off after half an hour. Those poor people are assuming the battery ran out, when all they actually need to do is turn it on again...Battery lasts me about 4 hours on the highest settings for both heat and massage. Every time I feel the vibrations stop, I just press the buttons to turn the heat and massage on again. Imo, it's a minor inconvenience. Also, turning it on is silent with no annoying beeps, so I don't mind at all. Then you need to recharge for about an hour, and you will have enough battery for 4 more hours of use. Not bad. If an hour without it is unbearable, you can always get 2 and rotate between them.Highest heat level is very hot, nearly scalding, which I like. Really sinks in and eases cramps. Massage function really seems to help with pain too- I think it's probably overriding the pain sensation with the sensory input of vibration pulses. Whatever the explanation, it helps for sure.No beeps, like I said, but vibration of massage is audible if you're going to try to use in an office. Although, one of the massage settings is just a continuous vibration (no pulses or variation, just a uniform hum) which is fairly discreet. If your office has an AC running or anything, you could likely use that setting and no one would notice.Uses USB C to charge, same as most android phones, cable included.Love that I can wear this under a big comfy hoodie and wander around to get a snack or make some tea rather than being tethered by a cord.Overall, would recommend 10/10 for pain relief, heat, battery-to-charge time ratio, and convenience.

Every female should get one!
I needed a heat pack for bad period pains and a friend recommended this. This is by far the best $50 I’ve ever spent. No more waking up in pain and having to go to the microwave to heat up a heat pack. Just put this on and press the button while still in bed. What a godsend. And works perfectly.

The power doesn't last long
The product is good, the only issue is that the power doesn't last long. It only works for 1 hour and 45 minutes and then the power shuts down. Which is not helpful at all.
