What's the point of the aloe vera?

Aloe Vera exudes a great deal of moisturizing qualities to the skin. I would imagine that it would also add moisture to the mouth as well. This spray also helps my dry throat as well when occasionally it becomes dry during the night.

Why did I only receive one box when the seller clearly states you will receive 2 in an answer to a question on February10, 2020?

I dont know shipping error maybe

What is the difference between this and the mouth wash sold in larger bottles?

I use the tablets at night.I go to bed at about 11:00 and wake up about 4:00 because the tablet is gone and my mouth is getting dry. I go into the bathroom and give 2 or 3 sprays into my mouth , go back to bed and sleep for another 3 or more hours. Try that with a regular mouthwash and you will know the difference. If I have dry mouth at night or in the daytime, 2 or 3 sprays lasts for hours,is pleasant tasting and helps create saliva.
