Does what it says.
First one showed up with some stand offs missing. Amazon replaced. No issues so far.

NIC/POE works well - USB ports not so much
The NIC/POE functions work well but the USB ports are too tight to accept/remove devices. Yes, you can force a device into the port but removing it requires pliers and a steady hand to not ruin the device being removed - in effect making the USB ports unusable.Fortunately I bought this for NIC/POE functions and don't need the USB ports.
