Great Product - Great Support
I purchased this flagpole in March 2022. It was really easy to assemble and install in my front yard and looks great. I hang a heavy duty 4x6 American flag that flies every day. Since the flag is large and heavy I take it down whenever it is windy. Recently, the winds in our area kicked up unexpectedly during the night and when I came out the next morning the flagpole had bent, damaging 2 of the six sections. I contacted the seller via Amazon asking if I could purchase 2 replacement sections. I received a response from the seller that the flagpole has a one year guarantee and that a new replacement would be sent out. I received that within a week and now have my flag proudly flying again. Thanks so much for standing behind your product.

Got it in black finish, it really stands out!
I had an old flag pole that was over 60 years old and was going to just buy a new pulley, cord, and repaint it. I was searching for what I needed and saw this on sale. I got this, along with the solar powered light to put on top of it. It was hot here, so I was digging the hole at first light in the morning when I looked down and saw a pair of slippers. The neighbor came over at 530 in the morning and said โ Who are you burying?โ Lol I made sure the sleeve was straight after installation and waited 2 days to let the concrete dry. The pole went together in 5 minutes and slipped right into place. It looks fantastic! Highly recommend!

Looks great
Update: They have contacted me to make things right. I received a full refund and they said that they have taken my issues into consideration and will use them to improve their product. I appreciate that they took the time to hear my issues and fix them. Overall great flagpole, definitely will recommend once they resolve the one issue I had run into. I bought this flagpole to replace the one I had because the pole to flag ratio was a little off. I like the look of it and all, but unfortunately, it did not last. Even with no wind, the pole would flex in the direction of the flag, and when it was windy, I was surprised it held up for as long as it did. Originally, I had thought that was part of the design, have some flex so it won't break. Then one day, I came home to my pole and flag on the ground, the bottom section had snapped at the part where it connects to the next section above it. I thought I could just run the pole without that bottom section, but the cleat for the halyard was attached to the bottom section. Sad to see it didn't hold up, the height was great, but it just wasn't strong enough.

Would buy again
Poles fit tightly together. Make sure you put the pole with the rope holder on the bottom part I wasn't paying attention and put on the 2nd pole up and it is so tight it will now come back apart and almost to high for me to reach to rase and lower. But that isn't their fault just mine for now looking at what I was doi g.

Flimsy, definitely for short term (~5 years?) only
Viagra should come standard with this one. I admit it looks attractive but I was alarmed at how much bend it had as we stood it up and put it in its sleeve, and that worry has proven true as I watch it sway in heavy winds. Good thing it's installed well away from the house. Decent budget purchase, expect to get about 5 years out of it, which is how long we plan in remaining in our current home and didn't want to invest in something twice as expensive we'd have to leave behind. I think the manufacturers knew about the flexibility problem when they put in the fine print (yes, it's actually there) that they suggest taking the pole down in case of bad weather. You'll find this to be impossible (as well as an obviously ridiculous idea) as soon as you seat the pole in the included pvc sleeve. One thing they got right--that pole is never coming out of there again. As an experiment we had several adults try to unseat it (we coated it with vegetable oil to make sure it slid into the sleeve) and it's never going to budge. Consider this installation permanent and plan accordingly. It's really a pity that the quality is so low because it does look really nice as long as the wind isn't blowing. We opted out of using the included flag and put up a smaller "storm flag" to try and reduce load. I'm not too confident that the pulley system is going to withstand a lot of use so with no disrespect intended we don't raise and lower to half mast when appropriate, and we definitely do not take even the flag itself down in bad weather. The pulley mechanism is either cheap plastic or very thin metal construction and functions well to get the flag up one time. I wouldn't trust it for repeated use. I do like the 30 foot size. It gets Old Glory up there where it's visible. But the tradeoff is watching the whole thing swing like fiberglass in a 20 MPH wind.

NICE, but not a year round flag pole !
This is a nice flag pole kit, but I have mine set up with a light kit and a heavy duty flag that stays up all the time. It's been set up for about a year now and today I noticed the pole is bent. Not sure how I'm going to fix this or I might have to replace to pole. Too bad, it looked really nice. Anyway, maybe if you only use it on holidays. it may do fine for you.
