Gtech GT50 Grass Trimmer | Lightweight Cordless Strimmer | Powerful 9000 RPM | 120cm Reach | 18V Lithium Battery 30 Mins Runtime | 20 Blades

Much better than expected. Very good battery life, easy to use and quick change blades when required

Great product and we'll made. However, the plastic cutters do not last long.

I bought the Gtech 50 Cordless Grass Trimmer/Strimmer because I was fed up with the line continually snapping on my electric strimmer, and I thought the plastic blades would be safer for me to use than a metal blade type strimmer. The plastic blades do break easily, but the Gtech 50 comes with a pack of 20 blades, and they are a reasonable price to replace. The strimmer is quite light to manoeuvrer and the halter strap does help to distribute the weight. The handle can be placed in several positions to suit the user. The position of the strimmer/trimmer head can easily be moved to suit the task and it does cut away grass or plants. As a small petite lady, I found the Strimmer easy to assemble. Probably not as robust as a line strimmer. However, I bought my Gtech 50 in a sale, so it was a bargain for me and it is easier for me to use.

This is the biggest piece of junk that it is possible to buy. We wanted a strimmer that didn’t use the traditional cord. Instead this has brittle, blunt blades that are attached and smash as soon as the strimmer hits pretty much anything. I really feel this product has been designed to break on purpose and have people buying bag after bag of blades. We will be sending thins back and recommending that you don’t buy one.

Very pleased. Unit is very easily assembled - Ready for use almost immediately Has a quality to its weight and does the job Recommended

Very good grass strimmer easy to assemble and plenty of battery life, this replaces my old corded strimmer and is a lot easier to use, good purchase for the sale price paid, plastic trimming blades much easier to replace than the old wire system, recommended

It's ok. It does the job.... just. It is fairly flimsy compared to the more expensive machines, it is not so powerful and a little slower, which is noticeable. You will need to get a good supply of the cutters. We broke 4 in one cut. They supplied 20 with the machine, but luckily I had ordered another 50 - just in case. Will definitely need them. On the plus side, it is very light to use.

Great strimmer

Fantastic

This product is light weight because it is so cheaply made. The trimmer shield falls off continually and has to be reattached. The trimmer blades also tend to fall off and only good for one trimming. Since this company is located in the United Kingdom, ordering an additional battery or additional trimmer blades is impossible. When you go online to the company and search for the product, their response is that they cannot deliver to my location. Not a good product if you want durability and long-term use. At this point, I'm considering returning the product.

The battery dies very fast and takes a long time to charge. Better off with a manual metal one.

Trigger lock/ ignition quit working after one use. Seller and Amazon giving me the runaround about an exchange or refund

Don't last long and takes 4 hours to recharge. And can get another battery.
