I have a couple cast aluminum pans now and I really like cooking with them. They heat very evenly, I get great browning, very lightweight and they're a cinch to clean. After buying one of these in the 9.5" I actually came back and bought two more. Another 9.5" in a different color and to keep as a dedicated egg pan and the 11". I will say the white interior does stain slightly but it doesn't hurt anything. It's worth noting, the second pan I bought arrived totally warped. The sides were smushed in and it didn't sit flat, but I was able to return for a replacement without a problem.

Excellent pan! No stick works great BUT don't get it to hot!Don't forget it on the burner for an hour like this dummy did.....

I have several frying pans in this brand, some as old as 4 years. IF - and I emphasize "IF" - one READS and FOLLOWS the directions, these pans will last you for many years.This one is the perfect size for cooking a (veggie!) burger or eggs for one person, cleans easily, and is very attractive.Don't be a 1-star reviewer! READ and FOLLOW the directions for use and You will be very happy with this item for a long time.

This is the second one I bought. The first had two large dings on the metal rim around the lid. It was well packed and packaging wasn't damaged. The second one arrived today and it also has some damage. It's smaller, and only one spot, but it's still there. Probably won't sent this one back. That said, this cookware is AWESOME!!! It's literally the best I have ever used. We stayed in a condo on vacation and they had a skillet like this, and we loved it. You can't even get bacon to stick to it when frying. That black stuff just wipes off, or rinses off in the sink. We liked them so much that I bought the wife a complete set of them. I do wish they had a larger saucepan in this style and color though.

I purchased two different sizes. I love the rounded inside (where the sides meet the bottom) but the outside of the pan is flat and maintains nice contact with the burner of my stove. I really love the way the handle attaches with a screw on the outside of the pan so that there's nothing obscuring the nice smooth internal surface. The handle is very appealing to the touch, it's not metal, not wood, and stays cool to the touch. They're attractive and super easy to clean (dishwasher not recommended) - and they work really well on the low heat setting which is recommended. And very affordable! I love them! I highly recommend! 👍

I actually ordered this pot for my neighbor, but she loves it! Whenever I go to her house, this pot either has something cooking in it or or it’s sitting there on the stove cleaned and ready. She takes excellent care of it and uses it almost every day. She has sung it’s praises so much, I’ve considered getting one for myself. If you love to cook, you would likely love cooking in this beautiful pot! It has a very nice finish and is easy to clean.

I read all the reviews for so many different frypans and decided on this one and so far I think I really like it. I read in some of the other reviews that you have to take care of it like not wash it when it’s really hot and not use anything abrasive to cook with or clean with. I like that it’s deep, that’s what I was looking for. Everything seems to slide around easily inside it seems very easy to use. at the 30 day mark I would say that I would recommend this frypan.

I am writing this review after a couple of month of daily usage. I can tell that the sauce pan has gone beyond my expectations as it still functions like the day I purchased it. The nonsticking surface still works and I’m happy with it so far!

Bought this pot to cook rice or soup. I've used it twice now and I'm loving it so far. Rice doesn't stick at the bottom of pot thats a plus for me which makes it easy to clean. Love the handles don't need to use a pot holder. It's not too heavy depending on what you cook I would think. Overall I would say this was a good buy for me. Worth the money.
