Update!
Wow! Belifu really came through! They reached right out to me and offered to send me a replacement, a refund or another one of their products to make things right. I have to say that their customer service rep was so sweet and kind and wanting to fix things ASAP. I opted for a replacement unit because I really did want this to work and their TENS routines are top notch, and it works great! I love-love-LOVE the TENS and EMS routines on this unit. I also love the 4 channels being independent and so you can mix and match 4 routines across 8 electrodes and it feels a-ma-zing! I have to say that belifu really put some thought into their routines. It feels like they did some testing and figured out what actually feels good and helps with pain or muscle relaxation rather then just slapping some random patterns into their unit. I will leave my old review below, for history sake, but rest assured, if you have any problems, please reach out to Belifu to make it right, they are so nice and helpful and just seemed to want to make things right. I would recommend this brand of TENs unit 100%. *Review updated, see above!* - Well, this didn’t last past the first charge. Shame too, because I actually liked the various routines it offered compared to another brand’s unit and the fact it is truly multi-channel. Either the USB-C port, internal battery charging circuit or battery itself are defective. I tried charging it when I first got it and it didn’t appear to be doing anything, so I went ahead and tried it out with whatever battery was left and while it felt really good on some of the settings, and most importantly is truly a multi-channel TENS unit, it only lasted an hour or two before it stopped taking a charge. I busted it open and carefully removed the battery and wired it to an external power supply (don’t try this at home, I am electronics technician by education and profession) to get a little more use out of it, but it’s not really worth all the effort of all that (though it does actually power up and work that way), so in the bin it goes. All of the markings on the IC’s inside the unit have been sanded off as per typical Chinese electronics, so fixing it would be more trouble than it is worth. Buyer beware. It may work for a bit and then the battery dies and it wouldn’t take a charge.

Wow. Very Nice
I was so surprised at the size of this TENS. It’s so small! Having the ability to recharge it is amazing too. This tiny unit will allow for the use of quite a few electrodes depending on the wires you choose. That part is just sweet! I have prior experience with TENS so I find this very easy to work with. The only things you need to worry about on the screen at first are the channel numbers at the top of the screen (just use the channel (CH) button to switch between them… it corresponds to what wires you have plugged into it). Then look at the line just above all the pics on the screen when choosing TENS or EMS (using the tens/ems button) the line will blink to show you which it is set to (start with TENS if this is new for you). TENS is the block at the top and EMS is the bottom group. Don’t worry about the pics/icons on the screen at first. The “T” button sets how much time you want for the therapy and you just press the “I” buttons to change your intensity. It’s really that easy and not at all technical. I can see however why people might find the display a little confusing. The pics of the areas of the body makes the screen quite crowded but they do serve a purpose. Once you are used to the basic function of this you can explore the different therapy modes/patterns. To try them out you just need to press the M+ and M- This is why the icons are there. Each one represents a different electrical pattern. Overall this unit is pretty incredible. Great price and a huge range of options for electrodes. I highly recommend this one! You have more than everything that you need for this therapy. Buying anything more expensive is just completely unnecessary. Oh by the way, do NOT remove the electrodes while they are still on. It is NOT pleasant!!

Just as expected.
This 4 channel unit is greatly priced, functions as described, small, but not tiny, and easy to move around the house if needed. I purchased the touchscreen unit with dual channels a couple of years ago but it decided to retire itself a while ago. So far though, I like this unit much better. The touchscreen unit wasn’t very responsive and not as “modern” as it should have been. However, I do have a con about this unit… it doesnt have to do with the unit itself - what I’m disappointed with is the manual/booklet it came with. Though it seems like they had actually spent some time on it, it still does not make for easy reading. On top of that, the fonts are TINY! Parts of it has fonts as small as the fonts on the nickel. To me, the manual is part of overall product that I’m purchasing, therefore, it gets a four star for me. I don’t understand why so many manufacturers/vendors print a manual that is a pain to read. Saving the trees, saving the overhead? Well, just print a QR code one the back of the unit and let us read the info online. That would be a win win for all! BTW, I have a theory on why one of the channels is stronger than the rest… since one set of wires has 4 connectors and the other three sets only has 2 connectors each…

I'm surprised and can't say enough good things about this
I've used tens therapy devices for years. I bought this one to replace my 2.5 year old one. This one has more presets than my older one (12 vs. 9), more intensity and many more discreet adjustments... Plus it has an actual EMS mode (12 presets also). My old one only had a tens mode which it did well but this one is definitely a step up, not only in adjustments and modes but it has 4 channels instead of just 2. It comes with a USB-C charging cable which is another surprise, a good selection of pads, 5 sets of leads... 1 of which has 2 sets of connectors... I didn't know that was a thing but wow! This was the first thing I tried out. It made for a simpler setup using just 1 lead with 2 sets of pads to use on my neck. I was able to attach the device to the waist of my sweats with the built in hook that I didn't know about (another nice surprise) and get things done around the house while my neck was being treated with tens therapy. This was a godsend. BATTERY After more than 30 minutes of use the battery still shows as fully charged so that's awesome. My older one would be about 30 % depleted by this point... At least after 2.5 years but I don't think it could have completed when it was new. I'll have to update to better gauge battery life but so far I'm very, very impressed. USER INTERFACE This couldn't be more simple. M+ & M- change as mode (12 of each tens & EMS), T changes time (up to 80 minutes), I+ & I- change intensity accordingly using a discreet control my older unit was missing which switched from one step to another with a huge leap that was not useful or wanted in some circumstances. To switch from tens to EMS just tap the tens/EMS button. Other than the lower button, the only other button is CH which allows you to switch from one to another. CONS So far the only con I've found it's that it should have come with at least 2 sets of the small pads. This is the size you want if you want to treat your neck which I did/do. Luckily I had an extra set BUT any set of pads should come with a minimum of 2 sets of each size of pads. Honestly, I think I'm going to order another as a gift to my brother. He's a competitive runner (I'm the cyclist in the family). I think he'd love this if not for massage/sore muscles but for a seriously quality warm-up. So far... I LOVE THIS THING!

Lets get the initial impressions out of the way. This thing is small... or smaller than I expected anyway. Measuring roughly 2"x4"x0.75" this little unit is the smallest TENS unit I've ever purchased off amazon. BUT DONT LET ITS SIZE FOOL YOU! This thing is mighty! A little about me: I have had injuries of every variety to near every portion of my body. The number of hours I've spent going to physical therapy closely rivals that of my undergraduate degree in chemistry. Suffice it to say, I've come to appreciate a good TENS session when my body aches, so I must note, that when I bought this unit, it was to replace on of the other two units I have purchased from amazon in the past. And boy does this thing not disappoint! As advertised this unit has 4 completely individual dedicated stimulation channels. Each channel can be programmed to use 1 of 12 different TENS settings or 1 of 12 different EMS settings, each channel can also have its intensity adjusted like on any other device. BUT WHERE THIS THING DIFFERS FROM ALL OTHERS IS IN ITS ACTUAL PROGRAMMING. I never expected a handheld device of this size to be able to get deep muscle belly stimulation in my back. It is truly hitting the muscles with the same efficacy as one of the huge models they might have in a PT office. Honestly, I'm sitting here writing this review while my back is getting the best vacation outside of physical therapy. Additional positives about this device: USB-C charging? On a small portable electronic device? My how the times have changed. Adhesive pads arent cheap. They'll stick. and stick. and stick some more until their felt backing has worn off. Cords are neatly organized and the full kit comes with little pouch to keep everything together. Stop your discomfort. Work pain free. Parent with one less pain in your back or side. I have never found a product on Amazon that goes above and beyond expectations like this. Well worth double the price!

Each channel a different setting
This is moderately priced and worth every penny. Each channel can have a different mode of operation & intensity providing a customized treatment. This also has easy to switch between EMS and Tens functionality. The EMS functions include mimicking exercises That is extremely valuable if I've missed the gym or am wanting the benefit of a second workout without going to the gym. (as of 12.29.25 - have not used as an exercise substitute). There are placement guides for specific ailments and the instructions explained it all very clearly. A belt clip lets me wear it as I do things like dishes or cook. And shuts off automatically after the timer goes off so you don't accidentally drain the battery. The buttons are clear and easy to understand. I'm extremely happy I got this. I have 2 and am getting a 3rd. I have air compression I use on my legs - i have a 3 chamber. I started adding this under the compression on the soles of my feet and calfs. My legs and feet feel brand new when ever I do that.

First use, so will update
First and most upsetting was there was absolutely no information on how long to charge prior to trying to use- one review suggested 40 minutes after reading all the reviews I found a couple that said their unit didn’t work until it charged overnight. The overnight method worked for me. Most aggravating was I had to take the patches on and off several times to get to this point, leaving me wondering how many more uses I will get from the patches? Once I got it working, it seems fine, I found most helpful the simple directions that were in the Amazon product pages, I simply copied the steps onto a tablet page to make them easier to follow. The directions booklet was a bit confusing and with my older eyes I required a magnifying glass to read. The manufacturer should send a magnifier with every order if they can’t print direction meant to be read. This seems to be a great starter unit and read all the reviews as I wanted a unit that would last awhile and for the price this seems like I can at least expect it to last through the warranty, I look forward to having it for around 1 1/2 years.
