I carry this knife all the time. I use it for opening boxes in my inventory and several other utility needs. The blade and handle are solid. It came sharp, and is easy to sharpen. The Kydex holster is solid and holds it firm, but not too hard to pull out and put back in one-handed. I love that the belt attachment is solid and adjustable. I have mine horizontal so it stays under my polo. That way people don’t think it is meant to be a weapon at work. I used to use folding knives, but switched bc I don’t have to put down whatever is in my left hand to fold or unfold my work knife. Don’t get me wrong, if you are a knife self-defense person, this is a great blade for that too. I just don’t have that in my skill set if I am being honest. Anyway, this is great and pretty inexpensive. I think I paid $60ish. It came with the case, a cleaning/ oiling towelette, and a good length of cord. The cord could come in handy for survival situations. Happy shopping!

Awesome fixed blade. Sturdy, comfortable in hand, sharp and balanced. The sheath is equally awesome; carry scout style on belt, traditional or turn sheath to attach to backpack strap for easy and quick draw. Knife stays put in sheath and comes out with firm pull, easy.

it is very sharp out of the box. Kadex sheeth is sturdy and snappy. belt clip if actually very solid and almost 1/4 inch thick so it will survive the harsh environments. there is two bolts and nuts holding sheeth to the belt clip. it meant to be two. someone saying they only shipped two but two is what you need. you can not screw down 4 because of the size difference. and you always screw it down on the sharpened side , not the jimping side depends on which hand you are going to draw the knife. edge retention is pretty good. very well made. I used my grinder to make some grips because I use knife under rain too.Micata generally have good grip but I am extra cautious.

D2 is my FAVORITE!, AMAZING SUPER steel! It is almost stainless-steel, yet so much HARDER & MORE ROBUST than stainless steel. No, I don’t mean impervious to rust!, I mean more ROBUST to ABUSE & BETTER EDGE RETENTION!, of which matters to me. This knife is a cardboard-thin lightweight folder made into a fixed-blade. Therefore, it is great for someone wanting a very lightweight E.D.C., the cardboard -thin handle is fine for a brief simple task; but UNSATISFACTORY as a WORKHORSE. So therefore, for someone wanting a very lightweight every-day-carry that adds very little weight to your pocket or belt; it will serve you well!

What a great blade. I love the sheath that can be attached in a number of ways, including horizontal/scout carry. Comes sharp.

Great knife. Fit and finish well beyond price point. Quite hefty but that is what you get with a knife that is built to take on the hard work.

Love this knife it’s very tactical looking and keeps a very sharp edge for a while after sharpening.
