Not so much...
I thought I would love these. Then I wore them for three 10-hour work days in a row.The love... Not so much.(I have not put them on since then and don't know what to do with them now that I can't return them.)PROS:~ 6.5W is a tough size to find in a proper work shoe with actual leather.~ Length perfect.~ Two elasticized gussets help with fitting over the instepCONS:~ Much too squishy. I understand it's for "comfort" and "anti-fatigue," but, frankly, if you're on your feet this much, you need MUCH more stable support than the squishy support it gives.~ If you have a high arch, it is not high enough in the arch, even ignoring its overall squishiness.~ Heel height is "in between" flat and some kind of actual heel. No bueno. It reminds me of those 1" heels that bridesmaids are forced to wear because they can be dyed to match their dress and you're not supposed to upstage the bride, so you're not allowed to be too tall and your legs are not allowed to look nice in a higher heel. It is just plain uncomfortable and awkward as far as actual difference between ball of foot and heel height.~ Seriously squeaky soles. Even squeakier if you're in a kitchen and move with any kind of pep.~ If you have (vertically) thicker feet, these are NOT the shoes for you. Apparently, they hold to the assumption that if your feet are shorter (toe to heel) that they are necessarily thinner (top to bottom).~ If you use your toes to grip when walking (like they're designed by nature to do), there may not been room in these for that function. This goes for both vertical and horizontal room. This may be solvable with some kind of stretching of the leather. I have no patience for that.~ I suspect that this particular style (patent + embossed croc pattern) may be more constricting than others? This comes from reading reviews of this style by people who have other styles of this shoe and comment that this particular one seems smaller than their others.**I reduced my rating to 3 stars. I cannot in good conscience give more than that.CONCLUSION: This shoe may fit feet that are in the standard fit matrix, but if you are outside of that at all, they will not work for you.

Finally a shoe that works for me!
Being at a job that has me on my feet 8+ hours a day, I needed to find a shoe that didn't leave me crying over foot pain at night. At first I tried an expensive brand recommended by a friend as "the only shoe you'll need." But after 3 weeks or wearing them I couldn't stand another day and returned them. Over the next 2 years I found several brands that were okay, but nothing that I was really happy with and my search continued. When I came across the Timberland PRO Renova style here on Amazon I saw the good reviews and thought that maybe they were worth a shot, so I watched the prices and when they dropped I bought. And I am so glad I did! I bought these in a 9 C/D and they are perfect. The toe box is roomy and doesn't rub me the wrong way, they have some cushioning, but also plenty of support. The look offers a little style via the Patent Croc, but not too much which is good for me otherwise they wouldn't be acceptable at work. I also prefer slip-ons so this is a big plus too. Overall I have no complaints about this shoe and have already bought a second pair in a different style as a back up for when I wear these down eventually.

Best Nursing Shoe in Years
I work long 12 hour shifts in a busy ICU. I have a high arch on my foot, and tried other shoes but they were so uncomfortable. These are the best shoes I have had in a while, so good that I bought a second pair for wear with jeans at home. They are easy to keep clean, just wipe off. Can find for $80-120, best prices online, but you can try them on in uniform stores, sizes are pretty true. I picked up my first pair after working a long shift with tired feet that were aching. I walked around the store in them and by the time I left, my feet felt refreshed. Seems all the best shoes get discontinued, so I am buying more of these so that I have them in the future.

Great Work Shoe
I'm a dental hygienist assistant and was looking for a comfortable shoe to wear while walking around the office all day. This shoe does the job. My feet never hurt at the end of the day. The only downside to the shoe is that it is that it is getting pretty scuffed up on the toes only after a month. But I still really like them.

This shoe is the only type of shoe I wear ...
This shoe is the only type of shoe I wear to work since I am on my feet most of the day. It gives me support and comfort for many hours and fits perfectly. I have a bunion on one foot and for that reason it has always been difficult to find a shoe that will fit over my bunion without being to large on the foot without the bunion. I have had three of these shoes over the past few years and am hoping they are still being made.

Great style but comfortable,........so far not so much!
I love the style, the patent croc look. They were ok comfortable the first day, uncomfortable the following day for my second six hour shift on my feet. The next week they actually killed my feet. I do have problem feet and purchased these based on glowing recommendations. Now I can not return them so I will not give up on "breaking them in". I didn't know how they felt until I wore them on the job Timberland PRO Women's Renova Patent Croc Work Shoe

great shoes!
I am a dental hygienist & have been wearing these shoes for a month now. I really like them. They are very comfortable & I get compliments on the way they look, too. They are sized big so i ended up having to exchange them for a smaller size. I have always worn running shoes to work in so i looked at these for awhile before ordering. I am very happy i decided to get these!
