Works great to seal leaking tank.
Quality tank silicone to seal a small leak. Don't know where leak is from so reseal a whole small tank from the inside. Its been a couple months and it still works great. Seals were on really smooth and clear. It works great. Cheap quality fix I know would lasts for a long time.

Good👍
I used this to attach an artificial plant to my tank. now i am saying for anyone reading, WEAR GLOVES. i got this stuff on my fingers by accident and it was a bit of a pain to remove. wash hands, wipe, wash hands, wipe, wash hands, wipe. lotion. wash hands again. but honestly that just makes it a great product! and for the price you get quite a bit of silicone!

Works great for many projects
Used it on a 20 gallon long tank that had been used for reptiles. The silicone was scratched up, shredded & missing on every side seam. I cleaned & scraped old silicone off it with a razor blade, wiped the application sites with alcohol prep pads & applied the new bead. It stuck perfectly where it needed to & bonded to the existing silicone on the bottom. It shrank down from a convex bead to a concave bead in 24 hours. I washed it out, filled it with already cycled water & had fish inside the tank within 48 hours. It didn't use much of the tube, so I also used it in an emergency to repair a drain hose to a washing machine that had holes in it. I covered the holes with the silicone & wrapped it with electrical tape. No more leaks & it dried even with an initial wet application.

Great product bad packaging tube
I love this stuff. It’s a great waterproof sealant that’s a little elastic but not too putty-like. It doesn’t smell much as you’re applying it, but the smell gets really strong as it’s drying. Be aware it will need somewhere to dry away from you and your pets. It takes about an hour to set to the point where nothing will fall over. It takes a really long time to dry completely to the point where it stops smelling. About a week. I used it to make a basking platform for a snake and it was super important that there was no smell before I added it to his cage. It’s nice and strong though, and I’m confident it will hold up to bleach when I need to sanitize clean his cage. The tube it comes in is awful. The back end of the tube always blows out no matter how careful I am. It happened to all 4 tubes I used. Quite a mess. Honestly it might just be better to cut off the bottom of the tube and use that instead of trying to get the sealant to come out the nozzle.

invisibly seals out water
Have a glass shower door shower. The side glass wall does not meet flush with the tiled back wall-- so I bought this Aquarium sealer to fill in that gap and stop the water from escaping onto the wall molding and bathroom floor. Worked like a charm-- and is crystal clear-- so that it is not noticeable at all-- my goal.

Has everything you need for a quick fix, but only works once — and wear gloves!
I saw someone else’s review that the end of the tube (the part you roll when you’re getting down to the last bits) busted open while squeezing silicone out of the tip. That happened with me within about 20 seconds and without applying that much pressure; I was using the smallest hole size of the included tip, which I guess this tube was not designed to handle pressure for. Made it significantly harder to try to hold the back end closed hard enough to squeeze silicone out the tip on the other end, especially with copious silicone all over my hands and the tube. But I did manage to finish sealing the one seam. I would have taken pictures, but my hands were entirely covered in a half inch coating of silicone. I was relieved to be done, and probably would have needed to buy a better tube if I had to seal anything more than the outside of a single edge.I bought this because it was cheap, not too much silicone like the giant caulk tubes since I had a relatively small need, and came with everything I needed (like a tip that could be cut to a very small hole size and this tube doesn’t require a caulk gun). I would not expect this tube to last more than a single use, and I would not buy this if I was sealing an entire aquarium — ironically I was sealing the outer seam of a brand new Aqeuon 60 gallon cube aquarium because they forgot to apply silicone on the outside of one of the edges. It’s hard to find these big cubes during the petco 50% off sale, and even harder to move these heavy things, so overall I’m happy with my choice to seal myself.Would I buy it again? In a pinch if it’s the only thing I can get today and I need to seal a small bit on a tank RIGHT NOW, then yes I would buy it, the silicone ultimately did its job. But if I can avoid it, then no I would not buy this again, the tube exploding was not worth saving a couple dollars. 3 stars because the end result worked, but the journey to get there sucked.
