Trideer Yoga Ball for Exercise, Pregnancy, Exercise Ball, Pump Included

This prenatal yoga/exercise ball has been perfect for my prenatal stretching and exercises and beyond. It’s also a fun bouncing toy for toddler boys... as my son thinks I bought this for him and has taking a liking to it The size is perfect for sitting comfortably and doing gentle stretches, pelvic tilts, and hip-opening exercises. It feels very supportive and helps relieve pressure on my lower back and hips. The material is thick, sturdy, and feels high quality. It’s easy to use and has held up its shape incredibly well after many exercise sessions and my crazy toddler jumping and bouncing to his hearts delight on it. It inflates easily with the included pump and holds air well. I did have to re-pump it just a tad once after a couple months of use. I also like how versatile it is. Beyond prenatal yoga, it works well for light workouts, posture support while sitting, and now I’ve had my baby, I’ve even have used it for tummy time activities with him. Color is as expected. Highly recommend for expecting moms looking for comfort, movement, and support. High quality without breaking the bank.

It is a quality product that met our particular need for my wife's physical therapy. The only minor criticism is it is a little difficult to inflate. The pump they send is not efficient in inflating the ball. You better have your own electric pump.

This exercise ball is great. I’ve had another one in the past and this one feels bigger than my previous one. The air retention is really good, and I love the way it feels. But more than the wonderful quality of the ball is the customer service. It was actually a pleasure to work with them when I had an issue, truly. I can’t remember the last time I said that about a company. My issue wasn’t even a problem with the product itself, it was my own error and they were so helpful, and went above and beyond. And the communication was so fast too! Really great experience, and I love the ball. The whole family uses it every day in different ways.

Great durability for price. I am 5'5 and I comfortably sit and bounce on this yoga ball. Has definitely helped with movement and stretching. Only issue is the blow up pump is low quality, but I was still able to pump up the ball with some determination. Comes with a piece to easily remove stopper.

My Boston terrier plays and runs and bounces the small one on her nose. It’s her Favotite thing to do All day. So thank you I go through a lot of them 🐾🐾🐾

Good value for money but personally find it a little too soft (compared to AOK Mediball Pro).

When I pump air into a ball,it leaks a few moments later. there are small holes in it😕

great item bought for my son to use at his pc whilst gaming to help him develop his core muscles. brilliant perfect size and strong!

This product is nicely designed. It has a stylish deer graphic logo on it, which adds to its cachet. Right out of the box, you are greeted with a very effective easy-to-use foot-pump, that absolutely minimizes the hassle of inflation that typical hand pumps would offer – this unit with the included foot pump was the easiest time I ever had inflating a Swiss Ball. I believe this product is designed to the minimum thickness standards to give it a “heavy duty” or “puncture-resistant” designation, but I will stress that these units will all likely fail if used in the presence of even a small chip of glass left on the floor from a broken wine glass or light bulb! I think a manufacturer would have to go up to a material like Kevlar for one of these Swiss Balls to be relatively puncture-proof, and I doubt they have created a Kevlar that can expand like this rubber can, nor would it be cost-efficient. So a word of warning – if you or your housemates are prone to breaking the occasional glass item and fail to completely vacuum or sweep up every little shard of glass, be prepared to order a new one of these, for this is what will bring you back down to Earth in an instant if you happen to place your new Swiss Ball on top of any small particle of glass and apply downward pressure (I bought this unit for a buddy who did just that – popped his previous Swiss Ball – and I found a few shards of glass around his work area afterwards, where he uses the Swiss Ball as a chair!). Also, I was unaware of this, but if you do manage to burst this product through the above-mentioned housekeeping negligence, especially if you are in the middle of doing flys or presses with dumbbells etc., there is a real possibility of doing injury to yourself if you experience a sudden bursting. And, again, I stress, this (bursting) is likely only to occur if any sharp item such as a small piece of broken glass, a stray sharp-pointed screw, etc., is left lurking on the floor proximal to your area of use. Otherwise, if you keep this unit stored out of direct sunlight and away from anything that could puncture it, it should last you many years.
