Uso plantillas desde hace 40 años, asi que he comprado muchísimas, y puedo decir que estas son de las mejores por forma, construcción y materiales. Excelente soporte al arco y estabilización del talón. No le doy 5 estrellas porque el vendedor las recomienda para "dolor del talón", que normalmente se debe a crecimiento del calcáneo o a daño de la fascia plantar en esa zona, pero estas plantillas no sirven para eso; no sólo no tienen almohadilla de gel en el talón, sino que esa parte es igual de rígida que el resto. Esa rigidez es necesaria en el resto de la plantilla, pero no servirá a quien sufra dolor en el talón.

These are great arch supports. They have seem to fix my problem with my flat feet. I’m not a small guy over 200 pounds and they are not collapsing or flattening out seem to be holding their shape. I’ve only been wearing them for a few months and are quite impressed with them. I would recommend these to anybody that has flat feet. it is April 2025 right now I’ve been wearing them since December and my feet have improved to considerably. I don’t have the pain I had before which would sometimes drop me to my knees and hurt that bad. And they are still good wearing them since December I would recommend them.

Fits straight in my shoes. Less than half the price of the ones at my podiatrist and same quality.
