This product is AMAZING! The first of July I got a pretty bad sunburn leaving my bottom lip cracked and peeling. For several days I was coating it with regular chapstick but nothing worked. My lip had a white coating of skin but I couldn’t remove it since it was protecting my lip while healing. It was HORRIBLE! Hard to eat, brush my teeth, drink out of cup. All the chapstick in the world wasn’t moisturizing enough for my lip to heal and for the white dead skin to naturally come off. So I bought this chapstick with the hopes that it’ll help and ITS AMAZING!!! I received this chapstick on the 8th day and applied it continuously. I started applying around 2pm. It’s non greasy which I love, no scent which is best for cracked lips, and it feels really moisturizing. I went to bed that night with it by my side. When I woke up the next morning around 10AM, I applied my morning coat and the dead skin naturally came off with application. I am SHOCKED!!! It worked wonders, so wonderful that my lip under the dead skin is actually healed! While it is still red and a little sensitive, it is HEALED! I can smile without feeling like it’ll crack, brush my teeth normally, and eat toast! This chapstick is a MUST!! Picture is my lip healed after less than 24 hour use!

This is a great lip product! I have struggled with dry lips for the past couple months. Chapstick wasn’t cutting it, I tried aquaphor and Vaseline which didn’t do anything and countless other products. This is the only one that made a difference!

O'Keeffe's Lip Balm works really well for my college-age son, who couldn't care less about his chapped, sandpaper lips. I convinced him to give this a try, and he liked that it was unscented (not perfumey like his sisters') and that it lasted a long time. He put it next to his toothbrush so he remembered to put it on, and twice a day made a huge difference!

Despite drinking tons of water and constantly using any and every possible chapstck, salve, and potion I could find my lips stayed dry, cracked, peeling, and sore. I was constantly trying to bite off the dried, peeling skin throughout the day. Ugh! Each morning I would use a rough Buff Pad to scrape off the dead, peeling, dry skin from the day before and for awhile my lips were smooth, within hours they were dry, cracking, peeling and sore again. After one day of using O'Keeffe's my lips were back to those soft, supple lips of my youth, it's wonderful! No more cracking, dry, peeling skin, never again! I always have O'Keeffe's chapstick on hand and my lips feel and look wonderful! A few weeks ago I found a new use for it. I wash my hands frequently resulting in dry, painful, ugly hangnails. I give myself manicures regularly and cut off the hangnails but I would still have dry, red, painful spots on either side of my nails. Obviously I'm not a professional. I coated those areas with my O'Keeffe's chapstick before bed and when I woke up there was NO sign of the dry, red, raw, sore areas! The sides of my nails were healed! This is truly amazing stuff! I highly recommend it. I will never have dry, peeling, cracking, sore, ugly lips again! Thank you O'Keeffe's!

This is the best brand for people allergic to fragrance in lip products. This keeps lips from peeling in winter.

This is my husbands go to lip moisturizer. I would have given it a 5 star. However, very little lip balm comes in the actual stick. Pricey for the amount you get. It frustrates my husband and my pocketbook. Seems like I have to reorder frequently.

My daughter has autism and has a tic where she opens her mouth really wide, causing it to crack at the corners. It will bother her and she will continue to rub until all around her mouth is red. We used to use Burt's Bees overnight healing lip treatment, but it smells like peppermint (which I love but drives her crazy) and is more sticky and vaseline like in texture. This is unscented and she will allow us to put it on and will keep it on. Its not think, but heals her face quickly. Since this is in a stick form she can even easily put it on herself. We love O'Keeffe's overnight hand lotion so I decided to give this a try and I am glad I did!
