I wanted something smooth and fast to make polenta and this is certainly the ticket.

We love polenta but at our age the stirring required for the original style gets to us this is a joy to make and taste great also. Only thing I’d like to see change is making the shipping box/envelope tougher one of my boxes in this order looked like it was stepped on content is fine. We are repeat customers

I have been using this polenta for a while now, since my fave organic De La Estancia has been discontinued. Instead of just water I cook it with milk and water (in equal proportions) and less than directed corn meal, this is how my mother used to prepare it with lots of salted butter and this is how my granddaughter loves it!! No cheese no tomato sauce needed, she prefers it soupy and for breakfast is a treat. Her words: my nonna makes the best polenta in the world. 💓
