These are some of the best-dried meadowsweet flowers. In my childhood, my grandmother made tea with meadowsweet. This was my favorite tea. Now I am enjoying a taste from my childhood with meadowsweet flower tea.

I use this for tea and I think its delightful! Its said to help relax sore muscles and to help with anxiety-flowers smell like a sundried hay field- sweet for sure.
