I bought this towel (blue princess) for my daughter three years ago and she uses it for every shower, so it's been washed numerous times and well used! It's still in great condition, soft and strong, and a great size. My daughter is very tall for her age (6) and its plenty long for her. The towel is thick but not too heavy, absorbent and soft. I'm purchasing new ones for both my kids this Christmas!

Bought this item to replace my 5-year-old great-granddaughter's bath towel that she has out-grown. When she visits she loves wrapping up in her hooded bath towel for help with drying off and cuddles after her bath. Her old one was a bit tattered and getting too small. This towel is thick and absorbent and just right for her. It could easily be used as a beach towel, as well. It was good advice to wash it separately before using for the first time, but there wasn't as much shedding as I expected. It came out of the dryer nice and soft.

I was pessimistic about the color fading off after a wash but no! It is thick and plush. Made out of cotton. The size is perfect as my baby will grow in to it. I think she will be using it until she turns 3 . Pleasantly surprised by the quality.

Very thick and soft. It's not quite as large as I pictured it would be, but that's my fault for not thinking about the posted measurements. My 10-year old daughter had outgrown her toddler hooded towel but wanted a new one that covered her a bit better (but still wanted a hood). I thought this would be significantly bigger but in reality it's just a little longer than the one she had. She still likes it though and is using it daily. She loves the color (and the crown). It's so soft and fluffy, she says it takes a bit longer to dry off (and also says it leaves blue "fuzzies" on her). I imagine that will taper off as it's used and washed. All in all, it's a very nice towel, just be mindful of the measurements. Still worthy of 5 stars in my mind. I would buy again if this was the size I needed.

Love the color which has held up over many washes. The absorbency is great and it is wide enough and long enough to fully envelop our 5 year old.

So... the towel itself is a great texture. It's thick and super soft. I don't love the size of the hood, but I get why it is the way it is. The hood seems to be the same size as the towel when you hold it up, but it's to accommodate different heights. I bought one for my 3 year old and 6 year old hoping a universally sized towel would last so I don't have to keep buying towels. 😊The hood comes down to my 3 year old's shoulder blades, but allows the towel to engulf her so it probably doesn't matter to her😄. The hood on my 6 year old is an expected fit. The end of the towel comes to her calves, or there abouts; so it doesn't actually cover her completely as it does my 3 year old. The embroidered crown is a cute touch. Overall, I think I like them and the quality is better by far than the rest; I am just a little surprised at the hood to towel ratio and wish the body of the towel was a bit bigger for my bigger kiddo.

Just make sure you shake it outside and wash it before using. There is a lot of lint at first, but it's perfect after a couple of washes and will last along time.
