Why does water leak from the bottom as soon as I fill the tank?

Please make sure the water tank is properly aligned and fully inserted into the base. A loose or misaligned tank may cause leakage. Also, please do not overfill.

My steamer doesn’t produce any mist, and water seems to leak from the bottom. What should I do?

First, check if the device is plugged in securely and powered on. Then, ensure the water tank is correctly seated. If the problem persists, clean the nozzle and water tank using a vinegar and water solution to remove any mineral buildup.

Why is water leaking from different parts of the device during use?

This may happen if the device is tilted or placed on an uneven surface. Always use the steamer on a flat and stable surface. Also, confirm the tank cap is screwed on tightly and the water is not overfilled.

Water is dripping from the base during steaming - is that normal?

A small amount of condensation is normal during use. However, if you notice excessive water, stop the device and empty any water collected in the base. Be sure to dry the base completely before each use.
