The Bosom Baby pillow will make nurturing every bit of the special bonding moment it is intended to be for every new mother. Bosom Baby creates the perfect position for mothers to raise baby up to breast level, making the latch-on process easier. The unique V-shape also makes a cozy, comfortable maternity sleeping pillow. For you and your baby's safety, our pillow cover design does not utilize zippers or velcro. Instead we rely on a fold-over design that helps keep the inner cushion secure and in place.

I Would Pick This Pillow After Trying Three
It seems there are as many favorite breastfeeding pillows as there are breastfeeding moms. I have a Boppy, a Brest Friend, and this Luna Lullaby. Of the 3, this is my favorite... but I suspect this has largely to do with: my body size, my breast size, the baby's body size, the baby's preferred eating positions, and the chairs in my house.I am about 5'5" with a long waist and large breasts (32G). To me this pillow is the best for holding the baby's head in place without my having to slouch over (my major problem with Brest Friend -- which is otherwise a good feeding pillow) or strain my wrist. Some reviewers seem to report that the baby falls into the crack between their body and the pillow -- especially while the baby is small -- but my baby is only 3 weeks old (8.5lbs and 22in long) and fits nicely on the pillow.... We have not had any problems with her falling between the pillow and myself.Baby prefers to eat in cradle hold or football hold, and the Luna supports her body and head in both of these positions so that I can focus on my breast and sometimes even have a hand free to blow my nose or stroke her hair -- big deal for me (I have bad allergies; probably because I was not breastfed ;-) )! Luna also works great with an armed chair that can help keep the pillow in place. I have it on an armed rocking chair. With regards to the other two pillows:Boppy was far too small and squishy -- requiring too much work on my part to hold baby in place -- so I don't use it for breastfeeding anymore.Brest Friend needs a little assistance (I have to cross a leg under it to get it close enough to my breast) but I appreciate that it isn't too squishy and that it latches around the waist (which makes it easy to put on and THEN pick up baby for feeding). A bonus with Brest Friend is that my husband loves to use it for bottle feeding as well.Of the 3, I would pick the Luna, but I recommend buying all 3 and seeing what works for you. Then returning, gifting, or repurposing the others (Boppy becomes a great baby lounger!)

Best breastfeeding pillow
I had a lot of issues with breastfeeding. Nipple shields, tube supplementation, baby with a weak suck, but I stuck with i (mostly because he wouldn't take a bottle). I wish I had had this pillow from the start. I began with the Boppy, and when baby was tiny, he always ended up between the pillow and my tummy. The Boppy tends to slip away from your body because the loops don't go very far around. Then I got a My Brest Friend. Yuck. Too hard and it supposed to stay wrapped around you but unless you stay perfectly still the two ends end up on top of each other in the back despite being buckled. This pillow is great! Soft, long arms that I can hold in place with my back or elbows. It is great as baby gets longer as well. The cover washes easily and hasn't faded. I also like that it comes in non-baby colors, because I use it mostly in the living room, where we already have a monkey swing, jungle blanket, toys, etc.

Great pillow...iffy for twins
I used the boppy with my singletons but when my twins arrived I tried several nursing pillows in an attempt to tandem nurse. For tandem nursing I still think the BrestFriend Twin pillow is best. This pillow does work for twins but since it is soft, it doesn't seem as sturdy and even my girls had trouble relaxing at first. I think when they are older, this will work well for tandem nursing. I wish I had boight this when I was new to breastfeeding!UPDATE: November 9, 2014. This pillow has held it's shape for nearly a year now and the cover has survived several washes as well.

Great pillow - not just for nursing
I bought this pillow after my daughter was born and absolutely love it. It's great for feeding her, as well as playing on the floor or just snuggling on the couch. It's very soft, but keeps it's shape. The cover comes off for washing and is easy to put back on. I have a boppy pillow as well, but continually come back to this pillow because it's so much softer and nicer. Highly recommend.

Okay I'm some positions.
My girlfriend tried using this at home, but couldn't find a seat in our house where it was comfortable. The recliner is big and the arms are in the way, so she uses a bed pillow that is smaller and can be folded or molded around stuff. This is not flexible enough for that space. Maybe on a couch where there is a low arm? That being said, we ended up keeping it and putting it in the car. She has used it multiple times in the back seat when our son gets fussy and needs to eat, but we're more than a couple minutes from home or if we're out somewhere and she wants some privacy, she'll go to the car and feed him there. Seems to be a pretty good fit in that application, and might be in some others, but the car is where it works best for her. This came highly recommended by a lactation specialist at the hospital, so we bought it. Kind of wish we had just found something else, especially for the money.

My wife loves this
My wife loves this nursing pillow. She uses it every time she feeds our baby and we also use it for support to lay her on during the day. This pillow provides good support while feeding and is a great size to be used for larger women, as apposed to the Bobby like pillows that are kind of body type specific and cant be used for larger women. Very recomended to women having the same issue as she did.
