For a while there, I could not find a coffee scoop -- even ground coffee doesn't seem to come with one these days. Someone finally gave me a metal one and I've been using it for a couple of years. But for some reason, the coffee sticks to the inside of the scoop so I have to bang it on the side of the cone to get it out. Not a serene way to start my day! Also, coffee scoops hold 2 tablespoons, or 1/8 cup. As a partially-empty nester I have been cutting recipes down and a 1/8 cup measure has become increasingly handy. So I decided to treat myself and order this set of stainless steel scoops. Two have longer handles and two are the standard length. They are all well-made and feel substantial, not flimsy. And my coffee doesn't stick to the inside, so I can brew my morning beverage in peace. I never thought that coffee scoops would make me this happy. I highly recommend them!

Durable stainless steel 2 tablespoon scoop and they're of a nice weight.

I love this measuring cup. I can't think of a single thing that I don't like about it. It is, by far, the most used food portion control measuring cup in my kitchen. While that might be due to its size (1/8 cup or 2 T), the handles provide a way to scoop out ingredients rather than pour into a 2 T measuring shot glass or 2 oz. condiment cup or the need to dirty a spoon. I can scoop and level with the side of the lid of many ingredients, such as peanut butter, jelly / jam, guacamole, cheese dip, hummus, vegetable dip, bean dip, sour cream, or all manner of sauces or toppings. The serving size is perfect and/or easily multiplied. And, given its size, it is possible to keep the measuring cup in a jar or other container with dry ingredients to use again and again, such as oatmeal, cereal, cracker crumbs, coconut, chopped nuts / seeds, chopped dates, dried fruit like raisins, stuffing mix, instant potatoes, cornbread mix, and all manner of baking supplies (one serving microwave cake cups!) or oatmeal, cereal, salad, or yogurt toppings. If your goal is portion control, you'll want multiple sets of these.

I use these as a ground coffee scoop. Seem to be well made. Had really been only interested in the short handled scoops. But I found out that the long handled scoops are useful for getting coffee out of the small typical bags.

I had been looking for a perfect size scoop for feeding my birds. While I can eyeball measurements from a 1/4 cup scoop, it's difficult to tell a petsitter. And it's hard to find an 1/8 cup measured scoop! These are perfect and I plan on ordering more! I think they are designed for coffee or kitchen use, but just know you can use them for so much more!

Solid construction and easy to clean. Perfect size, 2 Tbsp, for me. Stainless steel steel.

I love them especially the long handled ones.
