This is t just a Gluten free cookbook, but they go into depth on each food and how it affects them. Great for celiacs, newly diagnosed celiac people.

My wife is testing gluten-free recipes for relations who are gluten intolerant - says this cookbook is good, and the gluten-free recipes are good tasting as well. Also has a good section on converting normal recipes to handle gluten-free flours.

A great recipe reference for Diabetics. The book has a lot of different things to make and you do not have to be a Chef to do it. The book explains clearly what gluten is. Investigating the latest medical advise on YouTube explains why gluten is really bad for you. It is a whole grain protein that plays havoc with a Diabetics body. Just getting started using the recipes offered - amazing. Definitely recommend it !

Not very useful. It was a cheap book so it was a very small expense. I can find more information and nearly the same exact food list on the Internet for free. The author did not take advantage of putting unique info, pictures or comments that I have not seen before.
