A Love so True: A World War II Sweet Historical Romance (A Greatest Generation Love Story)

I enjoyed this although after all of the drama and history set in WW 2 an ebi would be a more extended epilogue next time please?

This is a vicarious review, why, because I bought this book for my elderly Mum, 82, and she loves it. She is always so pleased to tell me how wonderful the story and characters.

Mum is 98 and bedbound with macular degeneration. This large-print book was perfect for her, as well a being a paperback, so it was lighter for her to hold. The story is also ideal for someone of her age. Would recommend.

Interesting story line. Loved the characters Andrej and Peter most of all. Loved Emma in-depth understanding of Andrej feeling for his mother

Well worth a read of this book, storyline was very realistic & kept you engrossed. The love story between Emma & Andre was so sweet. Only downside for me was the quick ending. If you like world war romance books then this is perfect.

It was a present for my nan who cannot see properly so I’m hoping she will like it
