These work well and stopped my toilet from running, These were easy to install. I’m guessing they will last a well as they appear sturdy and well made.

Not really "Toto"
I am very disappointed with the product as once we install it, we realized that the suction of the flapper on the bottom is not good and as such, water was continuously running into the toilet bowl drain. These are to be from manufacturer brand "Toto" but it surely does not live up to the name. I've now had to go to the hardware store to replace both flappers to true "Toto brand". Would not recommend this.

Did not fit, I was a bit disappointed that this product did not fit my toilet correctly it looked like it did on the website but without exact measurements it was hard to judge but it didn’t fit my toilet
