How to charge battery or usb

Just three little batteries from what I remember gave to someone at Christmas

Why did mine come with 2 batteries when it says 8 batteries included in the photos???

Four 1.5V button batteries are a set of batteries. The magnet pickup tool comes with a set of batteries. The box also includes a set of spare battery. There are eight batteries in total.

Does this come with instructions

Yes, but it's pretty basic. It's a magnetic flashlight
