This is the only product that has helped me. Winter is tough on dry chapped cracking lips. As a nervous lip chewer, and chronic nail biter (I know, ew) City Lips has changed my life. This may be a bit thick and sticky for some but its the reason my lips are in the best shape they have ever been in. It is soothing, cooling, hydrating, and stops me from chewing nails or lips. I can transition from indoor to outdoor activities like skiing and snowshoeing and never have a concern about my lips getting chapped. No mirrors needed as the clear can go anywhere and still look great. Even after it drys out it still has deeper hydration than anything else I have ever used. I reapply 2-3 times a day and it really fills my lips out which is an extra bonus. I am prone to smokers lines (non smoker mid 30s) and this has definitely helped with continuous use.Only cons, its sticky, hair gets caught up in it, with that said it gives me beautiful shiny full lips all day. The price is also a con but it does seem to last a long time at least 2 months. Put on at night wake up with hydration. Bottom line I highly recommend.

I'm sorry to say but I'm disappointed, has been a short lived disappointment however.. this product does seem to go so fast!... . like weirdly so.. which isn't a good thing when you are looking for a certain result. On product box it says to apply a few times throughout day which I'm guessing most of us looking for a natural plump of our lips are definitely applying this all day long... Again sorry to be a dinner I just can't accept the very slight if any difference in my lips fir $25.00-$30.00 and only get a week or 2 worth of product... Also just a thought but the coloring maybe less white milky and either more pink/nude clear or just the plain ol/ super clear.last I'm not looking for the plumper that makes my lips tingle so bad they itch or like a lip venom type result I was hoping for noticeable results without the usual sensation of burning etc. this just so was not what was promised not for my lips anyway! Is a nice thick no sticky gloss that stays on for a hour or 2 depending on your lifestyle. I guess though just issue with the milky color but just don't apply as much 😁 I've had worse too... Lol

I really like the City Beauty City Lips Clear Lip Gloss! It gives my lips a nice plumping effect and a beautiful glossy shine. The peptides and hyaluronic acid make my lips feel hydrated and smoother over time. It is a little sticky, but the shine and moisturizing benefits make up for it. Overall, a great lip gloss for fuller-looking, healthy lips!

It helped my very dry lips immediately! I read the reviews, I was nervous about spending the money for a lip gloss if it was just going to be a sticky lip gloss. However, my lips were seriously dry and I had tried everything. I was drinking water, wearing other expensive lip care, nothing helped. So, I have this a try. #1 - it has a bad smell, in my opinion. The smell is just when you apply it, so if you can get past that, you're good. #2 - it is sticky right when you apply it. But, it's a lip gloss, not a matte lip stick, so don't expect it to be anything else. After it's on your lips for a bit it blends in and just becomes smooth and soft. #3 - The applicator wand is very thin and it makes it rather uncomfortable to apply. They could improve on that. #4 - bottom line. After just one day my lips feel so much better. I had pieces of dry skin on my lips yesterday. Today they are gone. My lips are softer and do not hurt anymore. When I am wearing the lip gloss, which is clear, my lips look like I'm wearing a light color. So, if you have dry lips or want softer lips, try this.

Nice lip gloss in that it adds a nice shine and lasts a while without being overly sticky. It definitely does not do anything exceptional for your lips in terms of plumping or smoothing.

Not so much a fan of the wee smell, but it does fade. The performance, though---delivers. The best part is the price; when compared to other products that advertise the same claims at two, three, and fours times the price point, City Lips delivers a superior performance--I've done the ground work here--at a fraction of the price. The clear looks fantastic on its own, layered under lip products, and handles itself as a topper. There is a wee bit of tingling, but not the fire you get with other products. Plumping is not appreciable, but is there. Mature lip ladies will see it more than most. What sets it at the top, besides the price, is it's non-sticky. There's no inner-lip build up over time. This doesn't hold with the colored versions, though---which are beautiful, but there's more tack and a bit of build up. Finally, I've tried other products from the line, skin creams etc., and they are nice; but their clear City Lips is their hero product.

I’m not sure this is ‘really’ a plumping lip gloss and I don’t care - it seems as though the formula has changed since I bought it years ago. Then, it definitely was plumping and I felt a pleasant buzzing or stinging (very light) when I applied it. Now, no such feeling; however, just as I recall, the shine lasts forever! Really! Hours! It seems to bring out the natural pinkish in my lips and creates a glossy shine on top of my natural color. I simply love this stuff! Yes, it’s a bit expensive for a lip gloss, but when you consider all it does … City Lips 👄 is well worth the price!

The good news is that this product doesn't sting. The downside is there was no plumping for me (see before and after photos). I thought maybe I did it wrong, but really how hard is it to put on gloss? I used for several days in a row in case it was the type of product that needed multiple applications to show results, so these pictures are after about a week of routine use. I noticed the smell that other reviewers had mentioned but it didn't bother me. I gave it two stars because it did keep my lips hydrated and stayed on for a good two to three hours. I also liked layering it both under/over lipstick but if you're looking for a plumper, I'd recommend NYX Duck Plump.

I don't really own a top lip and they are always cracked, dry and peeling at this time of year. I'm not willing to have things injected into my face for fashion. This product helps moisturise and plump. When i can be bothered to add liner and lipstick, they look lovely. I wouldn't be without it. Jobs a good un.

Absolute waste of money, has done nothing- is an okay lip gloss but that's about it, definitely did not plumper my lips
