I think this might be the best dehydrator in the market
What an impressive machine. I love the design which is somewhat compact allowing me to have in the kitchen (wide machines would not fit). The air filter sounds like a great idea and probably healthier. Drying seems to be very balanced that I don't need to rotate. Reaches high temps and oddly enough can maintain super low temps not seen with the competition (77 degrees). Put in a thermometer and it kept close to the low temps without looking like it was lowering humidity so perhaps this range may be for fermenting if your place is too cold? The trays are sturdy so no bending issues. You can actually force 11 trays (provided as an extra). The two mode combo is fantastic for speeding up moisture removal to reduce dry times. 480 watts will likely save energy in the long run (especially in the Raw mode which should be majority of the usage). My concern were reviews involving glass door issues but it seems fine as Ive treated it with care. Very easy to set up and adjust once you get the hang of it and with the 10 year warranty Tribest offers (important: check verified merchants you must buy from to register on their site), it is easily the best as others will only offer about 1-3 years warranty. But a decade on this? That's incredible. This alone is worth the recommendation above everything else. Drying has been so enjoyable with this as a 5 tray I had quickly became insufficient for my needs. I have felt no limitations and thanks to the height, I wonder if I can use a 64oz wide mouth jar for yogurt as it wouldn't fit on my previous machine. You'll need to buy silicone mesh (small fruits) and mats (fruit leather) as this does not come with any. I would HIGHLY recommend this for beginners or veterans. I am shocked this dehydrator exists in the shadows as the value it has seems to be unbeatable

A Rhythm Keeper for Real Food Rituals Precision That Feels Like a Ritual
The Sedona Express isn’t just a dehydrator—it’s a rhythm keeper. With 11 stainless steel trays, a digital display, and the Two-Stage Temperature Timer (TST), it turns food prep into a quiet, intentional process. I’ve used it for fruit, crackers, and jerky, and the results are consistently even thanks to the central single-fan airflow. Setup is intuitive, cleanup is manageable, and the compact design fits my kitchen without dominating it. The temperature range (77°F to 167°F) allows for everything from raw snacks to USDA-compliant jerky. If you’re looking for a tool that respects your ingredients and your time, this one delivers. It’s not just about drying—it’s about crafting.

Initial test run / update
Initial impression- Seems to be a well built unit. Once at temp- the door did pop open on its own. I noticed only one of the magnets on the closure was in contact with the strike plate on the glass. This was easily remedied- the tempered glass door was not completely seated in the hinge which caused it to be misaligned. The glass was gently pushed deeper into the lower hinge, which resolved the problem. I’ve seen several reviews on the internet stating- “ will not reach advertised temps” On the initial test run, it met / surpassed advertised temps consistently over a 4 hour period with a +/- 3.5 degrees measured from top to bottom rack from the set temp. The unit had no food in it at the time, but I suspect that it will perform equally well once the 40 degree food inserted on the racks comes up to temp. So far, pleased with the purchase even with the minor door alignment, quality control issue. Update- The unit has run multiple batches of sweet potatoe, banana chip etc .... flawlessly. The first high temperature run was some bacon flavored ground venison jerky. The product performed as expected, no issues whatsoever. The Jerky was great and safe temps were reached and maintained quickly. Longevity will be the next test. This product will be used on a regular basis moving forward.
