Can you use with outdoor faucet?

Yes, I filled mine using an outdoor faucet. The hose is not that important as opposed to the attachments in the kit that allow you to connect it to the mattress.

I bought this to drain my acrylic Aquarium but it will not siphon the water out it will refill the water what is wrong I'm only about 30-40 feet away

1. Make sure u have good water pressure. Water remains running as long as draining. 2. Make sure hose is as short as needed. Less water presure and too long of hose gives less pressure. Also make sure there are no kinks in hose. 3. Make sure drain end is completely submerged.

How does the super drain water pump work ?

It is a venturi pump. It creates a vacuum from running water from your sink. It is slow, but effective.
