I am a pasty-faced white guy born and raised in Florida, that has had many skin cancers removed from my person. I am also a certified state firearms instructor that stands out in the middle of that Florida sunshine whilst being bombarded with hot brass, that really wants to find a way past your shirt collar and burn you. These shirts are awesome as they are UPF 50+, wicking and because of their hood and face mask design COMPLETELY protect me from the sun and that dang hot brass. I am required to wear "range red" and these shirts are definitely true red. Unlike some sun shirts that I have purchased for the range, but arrived to be maroon or something not quite red. These shirts are reasonably priced for their features and quality IMO. I like them so much, I bought four of them.

Wore it paddleboarding on vacation. It is long enough and has a hood and thumb holes. Exactly what I needed.

I bought this shirt to wear during paragliding, where I want something comfortable that will breathe well while providing sun protection. I had previously purchased a similar hoodie from another manufacturer that wasn't quite as nice as this one. This one has sleeves that fit better than the other brand in regards to thumb hole placement, and I don't feel like this one stretches or is too tight in the hand/thumb region. The material is light and breathable, and is slightly loose-fitting, which is good because I feel like it helps keep me cooler than something more conforming. This one also has zippered pockets up front on both sides where you'd normally expect to have pockets - the other brand I mentioned had only one pocket located at about the 5-o'-clock position, making it awkward to use. I can easily fit my gloves in these pockets as well. The hood fits pretty well, and I use it during my flights. The face covering is slightly looser than the other brand, which can be a small drawback as it more easily slides down my nose/face, but this isn't too big a deal. All in all I'm happy with my purchase and will most likely order another one in a different color when the time comes.

My first sun jacket. Works great all day. I no longer have to worry about applying sunscreen except for my face and hands. I go to race tracks and am I’m outside for 8-12 hours any given day. The Jack breathes well and is lightweight.

I bought these 3 years ago and I still wear it now. The face card goes all the way up to my forehead and the hood overlaps with it. This is a great piece if you want to sit out and enjoy the warmth of the sun without the harmful rays.

Excellent protection from the sun

The overall quality and build is good, I was really looking forward to receiving the item for paragliding. However, the mask is tight on my face. So if you have a larger head, you might have the same issue. Small heads should be fine.

I love this hoodie, because it's got a bunch of features that most don't. First of all, I love thumb holes in the sleeves, to help keep them down when I'm working out. It also has two pockets, one on either side near the abdomen. I travel light, but sometimes I need to bring some stuff.. Not only does it have a hood, which is why it's called a hoodie, but it has a neck scarf/ mask as well. This came in real Handy during the pandemic, and now I usually put it up if I am in a hospital or doctor's office. It's also fairly lightweight, so it's not necessarily a jacket that will keep you warm, but more like a long sleeve t-shirt that doesn't leave you unprotected in the elements. I liked the first one so much that I ordered two more...

Awesome, what else can I say. I had been looking for some sun protection shirts for my husband for walking, garden work and anything outdoors. Living in Brisbane Australia skin cancer from sun exposure is real and my husband has had many melanomas removed. With this he can cover his arms, neck, ears and head whenever he is out. He also likes the fact that it is moisture wicking so cool even on our hottest days. He lives in them (I bought another) in summer, and they are the first thing packed when we go traveling. A friend saw him in it and has purchased some for herself and her husband as they are trekking in New Zealand later this year.
