PUSH Med Wrist Brace – Sleek Wrist Support with Maximum Immobilization Commonly Used as a Carpal Tunnel Night Splint for Sleeping (Right Size 3)

Best hand/wrist brace I have found; worth every penny! I have hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos, and I need stabilization not only for my wrist but also for the small bones and joints on the top of my hand. Most wrist braces slant down on the top of the hand, whereas this brace has stabilizers on the top of the brace and it goes straight across one's hand (does not slant), keeping everything in place. You just have to find your correct size. I have very small hands, and this is one of the first braces I've found to fit my small hands perfectly. Excellent brace for my purposes, and I highly recommend it!

Love, love, love PUSH products. Yes, they are more expensive than others, but the quality of PUSH products speaks for itself. When worn at night, I wake up without tingling, painful fingers/hand/wrist. This has PUSHed back my need for surgery.

I tried to buy this product twice. I generally trust this company's products - I have a sport brace from them and I like it. I measured my wrist, which is 5.5", so at first I bought the size 1. That was too small and tight, although my wrist is fairly small. Then I tried getting the size 2. The overall fit was better, but it dug into my hand at the thumbhole when my hand was in the neutral position. It seems well made, but the material used to hem the edge of the thumbhole is quite rigid, and it hurt. I couldn't keep wearing it; it left a red indent on my flesh. Everyone's hands are built differently so maybe it works for other people. I just wish the material was not quite as aggressive.

After many just ok results this wrist brace provided the best stability and comfort by far. The build quality is excellent with top shelf materials.

Once we ordered the correct size, this product really helped. Great fit and very comfortable to wear.

I have tried several different wrist braces to wear at night for carpal tunnel syndrome and this is by far the best one. It is very well made with all the edges neatly finished off (no unravelling like the cheap NHS version I was given). The inside of the brace is lined with soft fabric which doesn't chafe or rub and the whole thing is machine washable. The soft grey colour is (in my opinion) preferrable to the beige or black offered by the majority of other wrist braces and the two elastic straps (inner and outer ones) allow you to get just the right level of tightness or compression. This brace has two splints which are positioned above and below the hand. In most braces the splints can be removed and re-shaped, but in this brace they are fixed in place and I believe they are made of a strong moulded plastic rather than metal. This was fine for me as the shape of the palmar splint fitted my hand well, but could be a problem for some people. Wearing this splint at night has given me considerable relief from my night-time CTS symptoms. The only reason for not giving this splint five stars is that it is very expensive - maybe prohibitively so for those needing to buy a matching pair.
