Does the harness hold baby in? I purchased this product and the harness seems to be attached oddly to the seat and I feel like baby could fall out ??

Like others my 18 lb baby flipped the whole seat onto the bathroom tile with me right next to him while I was bathing a sibling. He is under the weight limit and was fully, tightly strapped in. This should be recalled.

Does the alpine wave deluxe bounce on its own too or just swing side to side?
