Q: Please help. I need to know the exact inside width dimension of this 2-tier pull out rack??? Thanks

Sorry but I returned it because it didn’t fit properly in my cabinet

Q: Can the rack be pulled out if there is a 0.25" lip at the cabinet front?

Yes. The rack sits on a track so it’s not sitting flush in the cabinet.

Q: Does both spice racks pull out on sliding tracks?

Yes. They both pull it together not individually.

Q: Does this get mounted on to the cabinet or is it freestanding?

This rack is meant to be mounted and comes with screws. However I am using mine without mounting it to my cabinet and it doesn’t move very much when I am taking things out of it, due to the weight of the things inside each basket (for example cough syrup.) I’m not sure how it would do with just spices, not being mounted.
