DAP Weldwood Landau Top & Trim HHR Solvent Type Spray Contact Adhesive, Clear, 14 oz (7079800127)

I used this to put up new headliner on my vehicle. Majority of other brands do not work or they work for only a few days and then the headliner will sag down. This product did absolutely fantastic and was extremely sticky and pretty easy to use. The only thing to watch out for is making sure that the glue doesn't pool in certain areas. Overall, fantastic product.

For installing PE foam in cases; - this product is the very best choice. Read the info on the label, and DO WHAT it says! You will be delighted with the outcome. Cleanup is near zero thanks to the almost 'surgical' spray pattern. (nothing to cleanup) The advanced nozzle system delivers on its promise. -Photos of the pattern included. - DIY Tip: When joining prepared surfaces, this adhesive 'grabs' very fast. Be prepared for that.

Headliner has held up through some hot days

The adhesive worked, but the spray quality was poor. Kinda squirted rather than spray.

I can’t speak for longevity, but this glue has instant grabbing power within 10 seconds of spraying it and is thick enough that you can use pretty thin material without it pushing through. I used some Hobby lobby, crushed velvet, looking cloth and recovered some door panels flawlessly I’ll definitely would recommend. Hopefully it holds up well, but from all the information out there, I’m sure it will. That’s where it is supposed to be its strongest.

I couldn't be happier wi this contact cement. A word of caution : use more than you think you need. I ruined my headliner material the first time because I ignored the recommended amount of glue.

DO NOT BUY ON AMAZON THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT A RETURN on this AND THIS PRODUCT BEST I CAN TELL MUST BE DEFECTIVE. Sorry tor all caps. the lightweight fabric spray I purchased from Jo-Ann fabrics years ago worked better than this. Definitely do not purchase this for a headliner, it was pointless waste of time and energy, messy clumpy and didn't work at all. I mean completely ineffective at re adhering my headliner no matter how long I tried to hold it in place after spraying. I tried multiple times. Maybe be ok if you don't care if there are lumps and it's not the headliner maybe something along the side or just trim don't really know. Save yourself some hassle and try a different product. I'm still assuming something is wrong with it because there's no way that the way this comes out and clumps is supposed to be how it is. In any case you cannot return it on Amazon so do not buy it here, at least buy it from some place that you can return it. if needed.
