Excellent product, addresses plantar fasciitis, one caveat
These have been working great for me so far. I've been addressing plantar fasciitis in one foot, doing various stretches, icing, etc, all the usual things people try. I've also replaced several pairs of shoes and, now, am trying semi-custom inserts. Good: * Following the instructions on the company website, I bought the correct arch height (high) for my feet. They appear to be spot on and feel great. I've used them three times now in Hoka trail shoes, walk/jogging 4-5 miles each time. Big difference with regards to plantar fasciitis I'm dealing with in one foot, and the Hoka's alone were already an improvement from the old Brooks I'd been using -- and should have replaced earlier simply due to miles, despite them not being worn out. Lesson learned. * I have size 14 feet, and it's nice to be able to get insoles that run that large (many stop at size 13...). They are actually a smidge larger than the stock insoles on the couple of shoes I've tried them with, and can be trimmed down if necessary. *The two different thicknesses to choose from is a nice feature of this kit. It's difficult to know in advance which you'll need because the variation not only in stock insoles but also due to the fact that high arch supports, like these, take up more room in the shoe regardless of the cover thickness. So it enables you to do a trial and error process to find the best setup for your particular shoes. * Feel well constructed. I can't yet comment on durability, but they look well made. Bad * This is a situational bad that might not affect you, but the width of the hard plastic arch support is significantly wider than the stock insole for any of the three different shoes I've tried these in (two running, one tennis). It causes the plastic to hit the inside of the fabric of the shoe on both sides, but especially on the arch side. I don't know yet if it will cause premature wear on the shoe upper where it hits, but from the outside of the shoe I can easily feel the plastic edge of the arch support pressing against the fabric. The Hoka's have a sock liner that it is rubbing against. Jury is out as to whether or not this will be a problem. Overall I'm happy. They are not cheap, but I've already tried some less expensive insoles with less than successful results. I've reached the point where I really want to solve the pain and get back to relative normalcy, and the cost of these is not much when the alternative is dealing with pain all the time. So far, with several 4-5 mile walks under my belt, mission accomplished.

Better than some custom-made orthotics
These are definitely good for flat arches and provide good support. They are even better than some custom-made orthotics I've had in the past. They are a bit pricey, so I hope they will last a long while.

Best option if you don’t want or can’t afford custom ones
With recurrent plantar fasciitis I tried many other brands. Custom ones are generally the best but are in excess of several hundred dollars, this one is the best I had from over the counter ones and at much better cost then custom

Best arch supports, especially extra highly arched feet
These insoles have been life-changing for me. I have very high arches, and can never find supports that go as high as I need in a commercial space. I was worried I would have to spend hundreds on custom insoles, despite having a few shoes (chacos) that are able to meet my needs. When I found out the founder of tread labs was the founder of chacos, I knew I was in the right place. The ultra high arch support is the only commercially available arch support I've been able to find to meet my needs, and for this price it feels like a steal compared to options like the Good Feet Store or going to a doctor. I love the plastic base material because it is so strong and lasts, but the covers are soft, comfortable, and can be bought separately from the base material once they are worn. Every foot is different, but I feel like I found a miracle. I own this set and 2 ramble sets--i feel like I can finally wear shoes I like again.

Comfy
These inserts 'might' be helping my heel pain that I have had for 6 months. They are really comfortable but unfortunately, they squeak when I walk :-(.

Incredible. Exactly what I’ve been looking for.
Worth the investment. Supportive enough for my heavy frame and flat feet. No leg or foot pain with these. Slim enough to fit in my Rothy’s flats. Love that the top portion of the insole is easily swapped for a new one at a reasonable price as I despise when my insoles/flats started to smell. The permanent portion of the insole feels sturdy and I’ve got no concerns about it lasting for a long time. Been wearing for several months now with no concerns or regrets. Glad I made the purchase. Checks all the boxes for me!!!

If you have a flat foot problem
Used to have a swollen ankle when I walked a lot because of my flatfoot. Started to wear these and I cannot go anywhere without these inserts in my shoes
