Doesn't work in Vegas.
This vest is garbage and they know it. Just soak a lightweight 50/50 T shirt and a regular sized bath towel. Don't use ice water and ring out the towel and shirt before wearing them. Don't use those little f@ggy towels either.

I bought to help me stay cool in the summer, well it don't work. it make you even hot not cool at all may be for the first 15min
