What a handsome looking cheese knife. Shun doesn't make a cheese knife and this has a similar aesthetic, which is why I bought it. Turns out it's also a great little knife. Quite sharp and sturdy. Cuts through all kinds of cheeses while reducing friction with the cutouts.

This is an excellent knife for slicing cheeses. It even makes a clean cut through soft cheese such as Brie. It is well made and a pleasure to use.

Good weight, feel and sharpness

I bought this knife together with a bread knife as gifts for a friend I was visiting with. I cannot attest yet to the sharpness of the knives. However, we were both blown away by the presentation. They each arrived in a beautiful black box with red liner inside and a drying cloth. They look to be of a good quality and very comfortable to hold.

Length is good weight is good but the blade is a little thick and doesn't slide through quite as well as we would like. The serrations are also a little too angled so it's difficult to to make or keep sharp.

Very good knife i cut lots of tomatoes and onions on tge daily at my job i easily cut 2 20lbs bags of onions and a case and a half of Tomatoes and having a highly sharp knife is a must i was looking for something that would never let me down and be sharp every time. A sharp knife is a must when cutting so many vegetables and this knife has a 10/10 in my book will definitely buy another once the time comes ive had it for about a month and i use it daily it is still ass sharp as day 1

Smooth effective cutting knife for cheese. Doesn't get stuck or smash soft cheese, cuts through like you hope it would

Blade too thick for tomatos, better for hard cheese that's about it. And I was unable to return it or exchange! Worst knife ever. Nice box it comes in but that's about it

Works almost as good as the Cutco brand of cheese knife we have but at a fraction of the cost. We will use our Cutco knife at home and use this one in our camper trailer.

We use this knife every day! The only annoying thing is that it’s tricky to clean in all the little holes!

Good cheese knife for a good price.

The old style one 5.5 inches is good size but heavy. This new improved one is lighter but shorter.
